Infinity Bay was perfect for our family. Our 2 bedroom condo had plenty of room for us to spread out and be comfortable for 7 nights. The pool was huge and clean. The beach was beautiful - white sand and crystal clear water. Our 11 and 15 year old loved being able to walk right out and snorkel. Brent at the activity center was so kind and arranged lots of different things for us to do. The dolphin encounter, the zip line and sloth park, and a snorkeling tour were our favorite. There are tons of great restaurant options to walk to - we walked and got coffee every morning at JavaVine and would pick up some groceries at the place next door. We tried several great places for dinner on the beach and took a water taxi over to West End to shop and eat as well. The spa at Infinity Bay was very nice too! We felt safe the whole time and the entire staff at Infinity Bay was so nice. Roatan is going to be our new favorite place to come and we can’t wait to return!
A lot more crowded…

My husband and I just returned home from our second trip to Roatan and IB. We last visited in 2016 and at that time I couldn’t say enough glowing things.
Naturally as time passed things change. IB is still a gorgeous property with fantastic rooms and staff. The biggest change I felt was the volume of visitors. With that volume some of the quality of our experience was hindered.
We were greeted warmly by the wonderful Denary who had our room specially decorated for my husbands birthday. She was a delight.
It was nice to see Selvin’s smiling face after 6 years.
Rick, the previous GM was a presence on the property in 2016. With his passing I had
No idea if there was a GM nor did I sense any type of upper management on site.
The wait times were more at the LaPalapa, and prices definitely have increased. With the volume of people came increased volume of noice and trash.
I have always made a point to leave a place as clean as I found it. It is sad to see the lack of care visitors can have. People can pick up after themselves as well.
That being said the ocean was beautiful, calm and snorkeling was wonderful. This is still a happy place for me. If we return again I hope to see IB as well cared for as it was in the past. It’s truly a special place.
