We usually stay at more luxurious hotels in SD but the prices were crazy at $400+ a night. All we really wanted was a tropical pool and convenient location. This hotel was perfect for both. Love the pool and restaurant bar. Staff was friendly and the price amazing at $126 night for pool side rooms. We love taking the train so this location works well with a 10 min walk to Fashion Valley Mall trans.

Our stay was exceptional! The staff were extremely friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The staff here are amazing. Every time I leave my room has been made up. They're fast , efficient and friendly. The quality of service doesn't pertain only to housekeeping. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect, central location to malls, stores, mission valley beach, and restaurants.
