The decorations and quality of the furniture are outstanding! The installations were very clean and modern. The front desk personnel was very kind and helpful. The pizza was delicious and the pool has a large kids area with heated water. Parking was tide but I always found where to park.

I loved this place. They have a restaurant on premise. They cater to service animals. Beds were nice and comfortable. This was all around a great experience. I’ll definitely come back again. Thanks for the hospitality and service. ????????

The front desk worker on July 18th working at 11p was utterly amazing. I travel for work and he was the epitome of what customer service is… he had a great smile on his face and was happy to help this crew that landed late. I don’t have his name but he deserves a KUDDOS from management!

Great views of the bay and the city from my room, loved having a balcony and enjoyed the pool. Areas of improvement would include an increase in staffing ( in virtually every department) and an improvement in the quality of food available. We ate at the restaurant onsite. Food was overpriced and a solid 6 out of 10.

I was in a room that had a adjacent room through a door that was empty the first night the second night it was as though they were in my room they were loud and speaking through after midnight they will go out and come back in and argue amongst themselves, so since I was there for a convention, it was kind of difficult to sleep and I didn’t go back to sleep till after two in the morning
