Absolutely loved my stay! The view from my room was breathtaking, and the service was exceptional. The staff treated me like royalty, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool area. Even enjoyed the dining options! Can’t wait to return!
Needs a facelift

I had to stay here for a business event. My room was in the Baytower. That building is date and definitely needs work. The water pressure wasn't consistent. The pillows were flimsy and get flat quickly, but honestly that's something I've noticed has changed in a lot of Marriott hotels. The staff was very nice and accommodating, but I wouldn't choose this location again unless it undergoes a renovation.
Outstanding stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton Hotel and Marina recently with my husband, and I just have to give a shoutout to Jorge! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly positive and eager to help. One morning, we noticed that the bagels were out at the buffet, and Jorge went above and beyond to ensure we had fresh bagels waiting for us every single morning. His commitment to making our stay special didn't go unnoticed—he always had a smile on his face and a can-do attitude. It’s rare to come across such outstanding service, and we truly appreciated his efforts to make our visit more enjoyable. Jorge is a true asset to the team, and we’re grateful for his hospitality!
A memorable experience in a NEGATIVE way

Upon arrival I was told that my room was in the Bay Tower. With great anticipation, I went to the room and found myself overlooking a marina. Called the front desk to ask if I could have a room facing the bay. Was told that no rooms were available despite the fact that the hotel was practically deserted. So much for having a high status with Marriott. In addition, there is no executive lounge not is compensation offered for the lack of the lounge which is common at other Marriott's. The room was tired, the bathroom was small and there was a lack of electrical outlets where I could Breakfast was an adventure. Ordered oatmeal and received something that was 85% water and possibly 15% oatmeal. It was the thinnest oatmeal that I have ever received. Vowing not to make the same mistake twice, I ordered an omelet with egg whites and spinach. Sounded safe. The cook must have an excess of salt that they needed to use, as the omelet was so salty it was really inedible. Upon checking out I asked for the email address of the General Manager to whom I could write an email summarizing my disappoint. Initially the staff member at the desk, did not want to provide me with the GM's email address. Finally, after a lengthy discussion I was provided with the individual's email address. I will note that despite 2 emails, I have yet to hear from the hotel. So much for loyalty.
