Really good experience. My wife came in from a long day of traveling and stayed with the Sheraton. We stayed on the older end of the hotel, they have 2 a new remodel section, and older section. The older section is a more down tempo and quite with we truly enjoyed. The restaurant stay open and server food until around 12am and that was truly amazing to us as we showed up starving. The fact that we could get food late as amazing. That never happened with hotels. The customer service was great and the rooms were big and clean, truly no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.

The beautiful marina and the staff they were so helpful and pleasant. The bartender Fabrience was awesome . Thank you I’ll definitely return again.

Very clean and updated hotel. Close to a lot of nice restaurants. Checking in was very fast. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

We were a little surprised, the towels were minimal. Breakfast at shorelight was ok but when we ordered a pizza at shorelight to take to the room and watch the parade of lights, it was horrible. In hindsight we should have used door dash and ordered from one of the restaurants near by. We used to get good food when we ordered it and took to the room. I am not sure if we would have been better off staying at the Marina tower versus the Bay Tower.

Nice clean and helpful Lots of things to do And a lot of amenities The only bad thing is not enough restaurants or cousins but other wise everything was wonderful
