Excellent service from check in staff

We had outstanding service at check-in from Nayley. She was incredibly helpful and welcoming and was kind enough to upgrade us when she heard that our stay was the last night of our honeymoon before flying back to the UK. I could not be more pleased with the service she provided for us.

No status recognition, no lounge, dirty carpets, broken elevators. Avoid.

Lifetime titanium member. No recognition of loyalty to brand. Put me in bay tower. This hotel is nothing like pictures. It hasn’t been renovated. It’s actually in a different location that requires a shuttle. Elevator was broken. Carpet was dirty.

Save your money and go somewhere else!

Very disappointing, this is supposedly a resort, but good luck finding something to do. The rooms are small, and expect to be nickeled and dimed for everything!!! -Parking was $49, you're suppose to be able pay once and travel back and forth, but this doesn't work. -They also only had two working j1772 chargers. -There is a resort fee of $29.25. I still have no idea what this is suppose to cover, especially considering there is very little to do here. -The pools at the Marina tower are closed. The staff will tell you to walk to Bay tower which is roughly a 20 minute walk, up and down 3 flights of stairs. -Dining works out to roughly $60-$90 per person. -Overall the staff has poor attention to detail. I selected a crib with my reservation, but I still had to wait an hour for one to be brought up to my room. -This place is not family friendly, expect to be trampled by the conference attendees. -They will have about 4-5 employees bugging you at the valet, but only one person checking people into their rooms. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Amazing Service by Nayely!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nayely during my recent stay at the Sheraton, and I must say, her level of customer service was unparalleled. From the moment I checked in, Nayely went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Her warm demeanor, attentiveness to detail, and willingness to accommodate my requests truly stood out. Nayely not only exceeded my expectations but also exemplified the true essence of hospitality. Kudos to Nayely and the Sheraton team for their outstanding service!

Bad stay

Stayed there - part of our cruise package. A main water line to the hotel broke and the hotel had no water until the following day. 10 - 12 hours. Obviously not their fault but their dealing with their customers was underwhelming at best. They filled the lobby with managers saying " Oh, I'm Soo sorry!" and offered their free shuttle to the nearby Sheraton where we could use their facilties and get a free coffee. I hope they could afford it. A small voucher would have gone a long ways to show some concern for their customers (no small) discomfort. This speaks volumes about their service.
