Beautiful hotel and resort for families. Robert at the front desk was very nice and the newly renovated tower is beautiful! Convenient restaurants and cafe as well

Check-in was fast and room was clean with a beautiful view. Food was excellent.

No line for Titanium elites. Long check in line. Breakfast service slow. Buffet was not dazzling, bagels horrid! Fresh prepared omelet was overcooked and condiments impossible to find!

Love the room update, but missed having a cozy robe and slippers to wear in the room!!! Tried to call guest services, but had no service on the new-fangled phone??Turned up the heat and went went to bed??

This hotel is in the perfect location with breathtaking views of the marina and ocean. I stayed for one week for a work meeting and everything was amazing! The staff were so kind and attentive and the food was outstanding. The hotel is walking distance to some fantastic downtown San Diego restaurants or just a short uber ride. It was a beautiful place to stay for the week!
