Our family had an international wedding (8 years in planning) this past Thanksgiving weekend and worked directly with representatives Iris and Lisa with Engaged Resources. Sheraton Resort San Diego did NOT disappoint! From start to finish bell hop and valet employees Jason, James, Ishmael and their boss were gracious, professional, hard working and met our family and friends needs with smiles, hydration, security, secured e-biking, boating, candle light dinners at their other property restaurants with golf cart rides at no additional costs. This team secured whatever we needed. We stay at the newly renovated towers and walked into our clean room that had a SPECTACULAR view, comfy bed, and did not have any concerns with noise to ensure a good night’s rest. Our housekeeping staff was OUTSTANDING. We appreciate the turn down service, smiles, and positive vibes! We did not call upon them because their housekeeping team did a FANTASTIC job preparing our suite. Our family and friends who attended the events and wedding who had children commandeered Hampton Inn/Marriott Towne Suites/and Homewood Suites. I’m happy to report they all had great experiences and appreciated the care provided by Engaged Resources. The shuttle driver picked us up promptly from the airport and the front desk staff were amazing!! We arrived at 9am on Thanksgiving and were allowed to check in...which allowed us some respite after a VERY early flight on the holiday. The recent remodel was done impeccably and the property is GORGEOUS. We're a bit old fashioned though and I have to admit the "text for assistance" service is lacking from a hospitality standpoint... not to mention NONE of my messages were replied to... nor accommodated :( In particular, we requested additional coffee pods (the room came with ONE regular and ONE decaf..?? For a king room) so we ended up ordering coffee to be sent up from room service...but... why provide the keurig without sufficient supplies?? A bit frustrating... but certainly not a deal breaker... because they most certainly have location... location... location!!

I had a 5-day stay which consisted of a work conference where I brought the family. This hotel is probably one of the most beautiful and cleanest. Over one of the best hotels experiences I’ve ever had (compared to about 75 different hotels), if not the best. This was my first time staying at a Sheraton Hotel. Definitely look forward to coming back here.

Beautiful views of the marina and city skyline. The room was beautiful and we had a balcony view and breakfast included.
