Three day conference venue

Great location and ultimately I was put in a nice room with a view. Initially, I was put into a ground floor room with a walkway in front of the floor to ceiling window and no privacy. They were able to reasonably accommodate my request for a room change. The hotel was clean, the service was great, but the hallways and rooms could benefit from some cosmetic repairs.

The hotel in itself was absolutely beautiful.! The staff in the bay tower where we stayed was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. A special shout out to Eric, the bellman who helped secure our bags as we waited for our rooms to be ready. Although, their were a variety of food choices and restaurants, the food was a bit underwhelming. Rumerosa Happy Hour was by far my favorite for the price and food. Overall, I was satisfied and pleased with the hotel, and would stay at the Sheraton again.
