An enjoyable stay at this property! From the easiness of check -in, to the use of the amenities (gym, restaurant..) and the friendly staff paired with the location close to the airport, this was a very pleasant experience!!

If you’re flying into San Diego late and cruising out early, this hotel gets it. We arrived around midnight, and while the check-in line was a bit long, the convenient airport shuttle was a lifesaver after a travel day. Once in the room, it was smooth sailing. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bay view, exactly what you want when you finally unwind. The balcony was a standout, offering lovely views of the bay and the downtown bridge—perfect for a quiet morning coffee or sunset wind-down. Breakfast was complimentary and delightful, an easy win before heading out. What really made this stay shine was how cruise-friendly it is: late arrival? No problem. Late checkout? Huge bonus. Stress-free transition from plane to ship. Overall, a great pre-cruise stay with views, comfort, and convenience all wrapped up in one. A solid choice for travelers who want an easy, relaxing start to their San Diego adventure

Great overall last little stay with the family before deployment! Great location, amenities and food was delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN YEARS!! I travel a lot! Work, fun, volunteer trips. This is better service than a Sandals or Secrets (and much better pricing). The atmosphere is beautiful, the location is close to the airport with a beautiful view. The rooms are SUPER CLEAN and the balcony adds major stars! My only negative review was the keurig that didn’t get hot enough… but their coffee shop was better than Starbucks. Every employee made an extra effort to make this trip amazing. And they even had dairy free milk and gluten free snacks for the conference rooms. No one has ever had that!

Overall comfortable, spacious room with a very nice king bed. Sleek modern design with nice seating area to do work in. My only complaint/area of improvement would be to offer a few bathroom personal care items: q-tips, makeup removing wipes and shower cap. Additionally the body wash offered was completely out. Would stay there again for the convenience and proximity to the airport.
