Logan Green is wonderful!! He took us on a golf cart ride to one of the restaurants in the area. Very nice and kind gentleman.

I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in San Diego for my birthday, and things started off rocky. The room I originally booked was accidentally given to someone else. I was incredibly upset and disappointed given the special occasion.However, Alfonso at the front desk completely turned my experience around. He was incredibly gracious and patient with me while I processed my frustration. He listened to what I wanted and truly went above and beyond. Not only did he find me another room, but he also far exceeded my customer service expectations.Alfonso’s outstanding handling of the situation is the exact reason I will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you, Alfonso, for saving my birthday trip!

We have been longtime Marriott Bonvoy members but it was our first time at the Sheraton. The very frist person I spoke from the hotel was Alfonso . And bou was I wowed ! Definitely one of the brightest stars at the resort. Alfonso. made my day very special. Beautiful room with a view and a birthday treat delivered to our room from Alfonso himself. The property is very nice , common areas were clean and well maintained the fire pits at night was so relaxing. Definitely staying at he Sheraton the next time were in town. We love San Diego so much and this hotel is the best ! Thank you Alfonso and Sherston staff for a very nice stay!
