Poor experience all around!

Poor experience all around. Living on past reputation and overpriced relative to luxury competitors. Perhaps it’s because it’s owned by Accor now. Examples include: only one person at front desk for check in, no update on whether my room was ready (despite being promised consistently I’d be texted, no such text ever arrived), little to no water pressure in the shower, no hot water, just lukewarm. And the best part - the tablet had another guests name as a welcome. Would never stay there again

The experience was not so great, hotel must provide buffet breakfast facilities in their restaurants with choices of food ,if you are taking any deposits then it should be refunded immediately after checking out time, or should be only blocked In cards n debited
