The Fairmont San Francisco presents an awe-inspiring picture of historic San Francisco. It's perched on top of Nob Hill with spectacular city and bay views. The rooms are large and elegant, service is warm and efficient and the classic architecture is full of charm. Perfect for travellers who want luxury, history and proximity wrapped into one memorable stay.

Bad customer service. Made a mistake and no effort to make it up. Would not recommend, plenty other, better options available. If you make a mistake it is ok, it happens. But be sure to try to compensate the inconvenience at bare minimun, preferably exeed the expectation.
