We stayed at Sandals La Toc and had the most wonderful stay. The staff are very friendly and always willing to assist. The food is delicious especially the food at the Piton restaurant, Ariane was amazing. We had the privilege of meeting Tricia the duty manager, such a loving and caring person. Nothing ever too much for her to get done. We had a rocky start and wanted to go back home however, we met Tricia and our stay was immediately turned around. It's like she was a magician and knew exactly what we wanted. After speaking with Tricia everything just fell into place. Thank you Sandals and thank you Tricia for trip of a lifetime. We will definitely be back!

The staff is amazing!! They go above and beyond for everyone. We stopped Ray (of sunshine) Just to ask a question and she took time to answer that one and many more…. She was over the top with kindness. She knows you by name and why you are here!! It doesn’t matter what level you are they treat you all the same!!
We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday and they decorated our room and brought us a birthday cake!! They are amazing!

I'd like to leave special thanks to Nina for her wonderful service at dinner and breakfast. Quiwan, you are special treat and I enjoyed our conversation about that one big theme park. Richie (Richna) thanks for helping us narrow the options and book two more Sandals stays. Sara, Tracy, Lisa, and anyone else working in the concierge office; you are wonderful, patient, and over the top helpful.
The resort is very clean and well kept. Not as new and modern as other Sandals resorts but I feel that is reflected in the price as compared to the other resorts.
The SPA! Do it!!! Get a massage early in your trip. We've done one on each of our three visits to Sandals and the practitioners are well trained, experienced, and great! I will we could remember your names ladies,
This is our third Sandals stay and the first time I am not happy with the food. Vegetable are more of a garish that an accompaniment and meats seemed to be either of poor quality or, waited a long time after being cooked to be delivered.
Sandals in the perfect relaxing reset for us and we look forward to our future stays.

The resort was clean and beautiful, the staff was very attentive and every single staff member eewe encountered was friendly, courteous and went above to try to help out any way they could. We had butler service and our 3 butlers, Gem, Clovis and Kerron, were all amazing! They organized and scheduled anything we wanted and made it happen. They surprised us with drinks, snacks and other things while we were laying poolside or on the beach. They thought of every detail. This was our first Sandals experience and we’re already working on planning another trip to see one of their other properties. We cannot recommend them enough. If you’re debating on whether you need butler services, or maybe you’re hesitant to spend the extra money to get it, don’t, just do it! It was very much worth the money spent to be spoiled and treated so well during our stay.

Oceanfront room- fantastic! However, the food was mediocre, to say the least. Our preferred, notice I didn't say "favorite" restaurant was Neptune which is Mediterranean style and the pizza. We dined at all the restaurants with the exception of the Asian restaurant because they were booked nightly. Drinks watered down and limited. Spa: AMAZING to say the least. The spa facility itself is clean but super dated.Gyms: Horrible. Small and just not enticing. Beach: Clean but nothing spectacular outside of nature's beauty. Pool: There were dark rings around areas of the pool that made me feel uncomfortable. However, the water was clean/clear. I did see workers cleaning the pool. We ventured out and visited the Grand - the grounds are obviously better, cleaner, modern and beautiful. Many areas of LaToc need to be painted and cleaned. In summary, I shared my concerns with the head chef - David and he was understanding. The next day, I noticed slight changes to the breakfast options, but the offerings should be commensurate with the reputation and expectations of Sandals. Flies everywhere around the food. Special thanks to the young fellow Quiwon (I think that's his name) who usually works in the main lobby area, Trevon, and other staff. We are already planning our vacation for next year and are considering another hotel because we are too afraid to rebook even with a 12% discount. I am disappointed and feel horrible & embarrassed to have brought others along.
