Not the experience I expected. We have stayed at different Sandals and Beaches in Jamaica and have had a totally different and better experience. Communication from the front desk and any information concerning events was non-existent. I could go on several paragraphs to describe the experience, but why? I have contacted corporate to express my opinion of the service and received a computer automated response suggesting I complain to the resort manager, who is not available. If you were to ask my reccomendation if you should stay at this resort, I would tell you not to. You can go for mediocre treatment and not travel so far somewhere else.

Kimono’s was so fun…our chef, Jean-Claude, and waitress, Sarale were outstanding! The show was great and the food was delicious. Highly recommend getting a reservation during your stay, you won’t regret it.

We had been staying at Sandals Grande for the majority of our honeymoon, however really wanted to dine at Pitons which had been fully booked. However, Joachim (Duke) Robinson went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had a fabulous dinner on our last night in St. Lucia at Sandals La Toc Regency. We also loved chatting with him, he was a very passionate individual who brings much good vibes and energy to the Sandals resort in St. Lucia.

My wife and I just just spent a week at La Toc and it was one of the best Sandals trips we had. We nomrally got to Jamiaca but this year we visited La Toc and it was one of our most relaxing trips. La Toc was relatively close to airport and it was such a beautiful resort with the best people. Every restaurant was nothing short of 5 stars and the meals were amazing. Chef Myers and Netera was a joy when we dined at Komotos. The bar staff was equally amazing and shouts out to Sheldon and Karim. We had butler service on this trip and we had the extremely pleasure of getting to know Joy, Faith and Tricia. We could not have gotten better butlers and we truly enjoyed getting to know these three incredible women. We will surely request these 3 again when we return. Thank you to Joy for the 'special' lunch you made happen. Tank you Laura for keeping our room spotless every day! We also loved the nightly entertainment. Thank you and we will see you again!!

The rooms need an upgrade. The beach is rough and rocky. The service is slow. The only good restaurants were Italian and Japanese, the rest were so so. If you are traveling to St Lucia, pick one of the other Sandals Resort.
