The staff are the best I have encountered while staying at a hotel. They make an effort to assist and are friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. the hotel is great. Location is convenient to the places you want to see in the city of Vancouver. I did find that the neighborhood nearby (Gastown) is a bit trashy and there are the homeless and addicts. You feel safer in a group. downside , you hear the sound of sirens (ambulances) during your stay.
Decent rooms but sketchy neighborhood

We booked this all-suite hotel as it seemed at the heart of Vancouver and we liked to have more room. The first suite we got with 2 Queen beds was very tight. But the manager did move us to a larger suite but these only have 1 King bed. Everything was fine with the suites but the neighborhood of this hotel leaves quite a bit to be desired. There were homeless just outside and even blocked our entry into the carpark.
