This was a great option for us the night before a morning flight out of YVR. The hotel was very clean and quiet and the convenience can’t be beat. The lounge even has delicious vegan options. I would happily stay here again to reduce that rushing-to-the-airport stress! Drop your rental car at the airport, walk right across the path, and it’s about a five minute walk through the airport to the hotel.

Stayed the night before flights. Enjoyed a lovely glass of wine and hamburger in lounge while listeneing to great entertainer. Room accommodated 2 pooches nicely. Local rabbits a bit of a distraction when walking the pooches. Will return for sure.

Upon arrival, greeted outside and helped inside with luggage. Check in desk very friendly, welcoming and efficient. Love all the beautiful rose toiletries and found it a perfect time to take an amazing rose bubble bath to unwind. Room service was fast and the food was amazing. Check out was a breeze on line, and once again it was wonderful to step out into the airport. What a great way to start a trip!!

I was having a lot of difficulties with my card which required lots if attempting to run the transaction and me asking lots of question but the staff never faltered with their patience and care, even helping to suggest ways that it might work or what to try that may fit. They were kind, compassionate and helpful through the entire process which made a potentially highly frustrating situation pass with ease. They even were cracking jokes with me to help keep the mood light and stress free. The rooms are perfect as always and the quality never fails to amaze but for this trip specifically I just really wanted to focus on explain how miraculous the staff there is. Not just this time either. Every stay with them has always had this level of care and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Had a very late arrival on a trip to Mexico and didn't want to have the hassle of transport to and from the airport. A leisurely walk to the hotel inside the airport was invaluable after a long international flight. The check in was seamless and the rooms were excellent. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. It was a fantastic end to a busy trip.
