Our Happy Place

We came back to our happy place for a 3rd time.... It was another beautiful time to enjoy everything Bella Costa has to offer; good food with great service, great entertainment, and smiles and greetings from all the staff we met. We have been to Cuba many times but this resort has everything we really need , great layout , ocean view rooms , very close to such beautiful beach and entertainment by such talented musicians. We especially love the pianist and duet with guitar and saxophone, Lobby bar with very friendly Jonathan and Cafe with the best cortadito made by Hanoi- very special and kind gentleman. Dining room service was great with very attentive staff especially Tania and the food was really good , eggs for breakfast , cold cuts, very tasty cheeses and what was most important for us lots of tropical fruit. Thank you so much to Iberostar Bella Costa for such a great service and welcome. Especially thank you to guest relations Ladies ; Haydelis for kindness and understanding our needs and Ana Laura, wonderful reception staff with Jorge and Niurka and others which i forgot the names and it was a pleasure to meet Castro Guillandy community manager . Everybody, just everybody is so genuinely welcoming , that we feel happy and so good about choosing this resort and we will certainly recomend it to our families and friends. We are planning to visit again in March or April 2025. Blessings to you all until we meet again.

The hotel is a very family friendly environment and the beach is right on the resort, and the staff is great helping out when ever possible very friendly, most people come back to visit all the staff they met when they are there. They’re a returning guest dinner every Tuesday where the food is well cooked with a live band. Dayagne, Haydelis and Guillandy, from guest relations and community manager, very friendly and easily approachable and will answer any and all questions.
