Wonderful hotel, amazing staff!

I just returned from my second visit this year. Just like 6 months ago, it was exactly what I wanted it to be: relaxing, clean, with friendly staff. I had a Select room on the 14th (top) floor. I love the Select breakfast and reserved beach area, as well as the Chill Out Bar. To my taste, the extra $ is worth it. The staff, especially the wait staff in the restaurants and bars, are all warm and welcoming. A few shortages here and there (no tomatoes or much raw veg at all the first few days, powdered milk only at the end of my stay) but I definitely didn’t go hungry. Not a big fan of the Italian restaurant but enjoyed the International (3 times). It’s annoying to have to log back into wi-fi all the time but it otherwise works well. I will be back!

I can only say the best. Everything was running smooth and nicely . We had no issues. Our room was clean and so was all the resort. Sometimes the elevator were running slow but we had time. No rush. The workers here were all friendly. Stunning beach and animation with a lot of live music
