Worst vacation ever. NO anything including food and alcohol. You want that?

This resort should really be called the "NO Arenas Doradas". Everything this is a "No" in this resort. Here is what you can expect: NO toilet paper, NO toilet seats, NO toilet flusher buttons (all broken), NO soap, NO beer at certain bars and times, NO cocktails (just sugary swill in a trashy tiny plastic cup), NO fresh towels at the towel stand, NO safes in rooms (I had 3 rooms, 2 safes broken which they couldn't fix; wasting our time, and one safe missing period). NO sparkling wine, NO vodka, NO whisky, NO gin, NO entertainment, NO working phones in 3 rooms, NO working fridges in 3 rooms, NO Wifi in rooms (signal never reaches). Worst part is - the food was the most horrid thing. In the so called "all you can eat" buffet, the spam and fake meat were just spread across 5 or more plates to make it look like there was variety. Rice was colored with food colouring to make it looks like there was variety. In the mornings, Tamarind juice and some sort of milky liquid filled about 6 jars each in the buffet. NO orange juice - just a crazy amout of sugar water using orange food colouring. NO good coffee - just grounds from very low quality sources that tastes like water because they push the used grounds thru the machine up to 4 times. At dinner people like up like hungry savages to run into the buffet and get the first servings of whatever scraps they display that day. It's usually the same. One day they had fish HEADS, that's right - HEADS, not the fish, as an option. I guess they want you to eat the eyeballs. It's sad you have to behave like a savage at an all inclusive. A la carte is a joke. We were told there are 2 italian and one international restaurant. However, it's just one and one and even though customer service told us we can go twice in one week, the booking woman said it's no possible even though we all paid $600 extra for the rooms - so we were lied to. Food in both is god awful, btrw. This has been the worst vacation of my life. After it, my whole family felt sick and had break outs from the 'food' at this place. It was so awful we didn't even take photos. Absolutely don't go here. Save your money and upgrade to Mexico where you can actually behave like a person on vacation where you can eat food and drink alcohol. The only good thing about this place is the ocean - and that's natural. Roc Arenas doesn't get credit for the ocean.
WONDERFUL PLACE!!!

I had a great experience at this resort. The service, the food, the beach always the best. The community manager yaneris is really nice and friendly with all the guests. I fully recommend this resort to have a very pleasant stay in cuba.??????
