I had always liked Kawama-but last trip. I booked with 2 others and we paid $100.00 each for separate rooms. I needed a ground floor (by the little pool ). When we got there we were taken to an upstairs level-but I said I needed ground floor. Then was directed to another level to climb up a hill-then was offered a ground floor but it was special they said and was near the bigger pool and they charged me 0ver $200.00 for it and no TV working even though I asked each day and it was always tomorrow and went by the whole week and they gave me some comp for the TV. I had met a woman there who was from the town and had kids so I gave her some foods but had more for her in my room-just before I left..She was late getting to the lobby for when I was leaving and just got there as my bus pulled up-I asked the woman at the desk if she could have a green bag in that room and give it to the woman as I had just handed in my key and she said no..
1 bottle of water is ridiculous

This place gives you 1 bottle of water when you get here,I had to beg for 2 days to get water,now they tell me only 1 bottle when you get here,lots of liquor I have to leave resort to buy water to brush my teeth,only resort that doesn't give you water and I have been to just about all of them,worst resort ever
