First time at this lovely resort and will definitely return. Hotel is gorgeous but what stood out was the employees. From the front desk to the dudes painting the atrium I found the ENTIRE staff giving it their all in spite of Cuban supply chain nightmares. Got engaged and the manager Adrian had a little champagne celebration for us. The generosity, love and kindness left us speechless. Tourism is Cuba's lifeline and COVID kicked the industry in the teeth. The citizens don't have a penny but will give you one anyhow. Please bring american $1 bills for tips and no loonies as they can't exchange them.

I've always wanted to visit this resort and finally had the opportunity during end of March to April 2. We have no complaints. Spacious clean rooms with a beautiful ocean view from 2709 room comfy beds and pillows and great ac. pretty grounds with lush plants. good selection of foods at breakfast lunch and supper. Loved the coconut bars for supper dessert.. My husband liked the ham sandwiches at the snack bar. Great service by all staff very friendly and approachable. Clean pools. Although elevator gave out a few times we didn't mind the walks up the side stairs. The main staircase could be cleaned up a bit though. We would stay again. Thank you all for the hospitality!
