This was our first all inclusive getaway and our first time in Jamaica. We found the property to be exactly like the description and photos. The level of service goes above advertised- Shaneika really stood out for her work ethic, great attitude and helpfulness! Dawn, the manager of this property, we saw her every weekday - she was working right alongside all of the employees- the only job I did not personally see her do was get in the water in her business suit to keep the swim beach spotlessly clean I titled this exactly as advertised- I should have said better than advertised! These are only 2 examples of the outstanding service provided - the entire property is filled with amazing , service oriented people! I have never felt so spoiled!

We were here for a short 3 night stay last August and enjoyed our stay enough to return in April for a week to celebrate my birthday. We were both glad we came back. Three nights were not enough to get a good feel for all that is offered here. We reserved butler level room and were given private car transportation for the short ride from the airport. Once at the resort, we were informed that renovation work to the room we had reserved was not yet completed. We were placed in another room in a new section of the property and offered additional options the next day. We were quite happy with the room and Shawn was very diligent to make sure that we were satisfied with our options. Our butlers Cooper and Sheri Ann made sure that we had lounge chairs and a cooler of drinks on the beach or the main pool each day according to our preference and provided us with food and snacks during the day and in our room when we returned in the afternoon. The food in the restaurants was good and our butlers set up reservations for us when needed. We took advantage of the shuttle to Sandals Montego Bay for the delicious steak dinner at Butch's and the sushi at Soy. We enjoyed the entertainment on the beach and the terrace stage and had fun time with karaoke in the piano lounge. One member of the entertainment staff, Rowe, was especially fun with his unique style of officiating the pool volleyball and keeping everyone entertained by the pool in the afternoon with his style and personality. And I can't leave out a brag for our favorite pool bartender, Shwing. The resort is small and intimate and easy to get around and we certainly enjoyed our week and all the friendly and helpful staff.
