I’ve done a lot of traveling in my lifetime, but always been reluctant to participate in an all inclusive resorts with the impression of limited food and activities. How surprised was I. The food was very diverse, delicious, and very appetizing. Excursion and activities were plentiful and enticing. The all adult locations in Jamaica made my vacation even more special

We had the most wonderful time at Sandals Royal!! Everything was perfect! The food was delicious and the entire staff was amazing! We especially loved the special treatment from our butlers, Keno and Twain. We also had the best housekeeper, Rosann. She made sure our room was always comfortable and well stocked with everything we could ever need! I highly recommend this perfect location.

Our vacation was excellent! Accommodations were perfect as was the service and food. Staff was exceptional-very attentive and so kind. Special shout out to Andre & Sheldon who took amazing care of us; to Robert at Le Jardinier who brought us a delicious and special meal; to Horece & Owen at the Mariner and the pool bar: to Rockeisha and all at Spices for the best breakfasts; to our snorkeling captains; to everyone at Cricketers for letting us join them to watch the Euro final before opening hours; and everyone who kept our room beautiful and stocked! Wonderful singers and dancers performing each evening too! Thank you all! We hope to be back soon!

The service was amazing. Our buttlers Keno and Twain were great and our housekeeper Rosan was amazing! The restaurants were all great and service around the property was beyond expectation. We will come back! We have already decided to book another trip in a couple of years and look forward to every minute!

A dream. I am so happy we didn't back out since it was so expensive and stayed with the bungalow and all. We booked ours far out to slowly make payments on it. Everything was literally a dream come true. With the bungalows, you get butlers. We had Paul, which is employee of the year and he is also diamond status! And is shows. He knows his stuff and makes you feel like royalty from begining to even the end! He is full of little surprises you never even think of asking. Demetra was our second butler. Both would make sure we were happy before they left for the day and the other came. They are the dream team! If you are able to stay at a bungalow, do it! And request the dream team! Every other team member we would pass would have the friendliest smile and a "welcome home." I did not want to leave!
