We absolutely loved staying here. Other reviews mention there being noise, but I think some is to be expected when you’re located in the main hub of Waikiki. There was city noise but nothing that was excessive. Customer service was exceptional—from the check-in desk, housekeeping, and valets, everyone was helpful & friendly. We did valet parking this trip. We’ve done self parking in the past and valet is worth the extra $ to not have to hassle with finding a spot to park. The hotel gym is great with a large variety of machines, cable machine, smith machine, dumbbells, and lots of cardio options. We enjoyed getting to workout daily. Rooms are clean, cute and spacious. We needed a couple of things (a fan & microwave) that housekeeping got to us right after we requested them. If you’re into a busy city vibe with easy access to everything, this is an excellent place to stay. We’ll be back soon.

Rooms are a good size & well appointed with a nice balcony,BUT, this has got to be one of the noisiest hotels I have stayed at. Internal walls are not well soundproofed & the great balcony glass door is not double glazed & has gaps when closed allowing the constant street noise to disturb my sleep. Would not stay here again.
