Definitely worth the price! The rooms are very nice and everybody is extremely helpful. They have several cute restaurants and bars within and I got to try a few. Would definitely stay here again. Good location, we took the monorail everywhere to get to the other hotels, easier than an uber sometimes.

Price was excellent. It was very clean. The service (check in, food service for meetings, room service, housekeeping, etc) was excellent. The young lady who checked me in, helped me find a nearby cellphone store, because I broke my phone.

    Great stay!

This was our first time in Las Vegas and got a room in the Sahara at a great rate. We were impressed by our selection. Everything was in perfect order. From Staff, to cleanliness, to room, to facilities, to location. It's just a little North of The Strip, yet very accessible. Short ride away from the Strip and Downtown. Room was impeccable, and all in perfect working order. Only thing I have as a reservation, being a non-smoker, is the constant impregnated atmosphere in the Casino area, which applies to all the Casinos in the area as well. Wish they had either an enclosed smoking area. Will definitively consider coming back to this hotel in future visits.

Noise and WiFi issues - look elsewhere next time

I was hopeful heading into this business stay booked in a company block for a convention after doing some research and reading reviews. What I didn't expect is for the 22nd floor on the Marra tower overlooking the monorail and two streets at an intersection to be so incredibly noisy. I had asked staff when calling to confirm my reservation and at the front desk at check in for a quiet room. The traffic was very loud, train whistles (not the monorail) could be heard late into the night, and at 2-3am sounds of loud metal clanking - not sure what caused that. And, just as another reviewer wrote, the WiFi connection was dreadful. It made it impossible to get any work done on the computer, and had to use mobile phone to do anything. I was grateful that the front desk attendant granted me a refrigerator for no charge for medical, as I'd read other guest reviews where they were not so lucky. Overall, with the noise and WiFi issues I would not look to stay here again.

This was the SLS and is now the Sahara (again?). They have done a nice job of updating the lobby and some of the areas around the hotel that were kind of weird when it was the SLS. Registration alone was a big improvement in my opinion. The rooms are pretty much the same. Nice and clean, although a little sparse on furnishings. The gym has decent equipment, but is stuck in some weird old hallway or something - too cramped. I wanted to try the food, but room service was a 90 minute wait. I literally walked across the street to get food and went back, ate it and was chilling in that amount of time. So while I would stay here again, I keep my expectations a little low.
