    If you want to stay somewhere that literally has everything you need on the property then this is your place. Waterpark is an added bonus, plenty of security, amazing units/rooms with great views, multiple pools, plenty of activities on property, a supermarket, restaurants, a movie room, etc... The only thing I don’t care for is the timeshare deals in the lobby where there are people everywhere.

    This was the worst experience I have ever had at any resort that I have ever been to.. it started st check in which was a nightmare and never got better. First I was assigned a room that no one including the hotel staff could find. So I called the front desk I was told to wait in the parking lot until security arrived to help... 20 minutes later still no security, so I repeatedly called the desk and was repeatedly informed that “it might be a while” needless to say after over 90 minutes an employee who emptying trash cans was kind enough to help .. about the same time security finally arrived to help me find a room that was inside another room with no exterior identifiers... I ironically I had been with 50 feet of my room the entire time, but because the exterior door was in numbered no one could find it. In their defense the room was very nice, house keeping was non existent by day 2 of no house keeping we finally called and the desk and stated the we needed our room made up and fresh towels.. room was never touched and a large bag of towels was dropped off, by the way the dirty towels no taken away. Parking after 7p is impossible as there are far more cars than spaces and getting anything done st the front desk is nearly impossible.. it took me over 45 minutes to get an extra parking pass .. While waiting all that time at the front desk I got to talk to people in line we all had similar experiences while at the resort .. Complaints to management were met with the standard response “ we are going thru a lot of changes right now” and we’re left totally unresolved Not a positive experience will never go back, I’ll sleep in my car first Would rate a zero but it’s not an option

    Own since 2014. First time at the towns center. Was disappointed because the decor l was shown was not the one we got. I know the place is there in the 5500 building because I saw it shown to other customers as the way it is. I was tempted to tell them if they could come to my 3 bedroom condo, if they wanted to see what they actually get. The only improvement they had made was the water park. Was disappointed when l went into the 80’s decor. Westgate lake which l visited last December with adults was nice.

    I Totally enjoyed my workouts with BEBE! I was pushed 2 try bootcamp, spinning and I felt truly accomplished this week!! Shes PATIENCE, KNOWLEDGABLE and PROFESSIONABLE!!LOVE YOU BEBE WESTGATE KEEP HER AROUND??

    I was bit by something on my breasts. I woke up the next morning with itchy bites to my breasts. Other than this, the resort was okay. We paid $75 for the waterpark, but was raining, but even after the rain stopped they did not allow anyone into the pools in the waterpark. At this point, my family still did not even swim in the waterpark AT ALL. My money was not refunded. I attended a timeshare presentation prior to these events and purchased "temporary ownership". After the events, I called to request a refund and the guy on the phone was not at all helpful. He acted as if he did not want to even give me the address to request the refund and was so focused on the postmarked date and trying to convince me that I would not make it to the post office on time instead of giving me the information to request cancellation and refund of the timeshare. I did make it to the post office in time and sent over every single requested item that was requested of me. At this point, I only want my refund and to be done with Westgate. Thanks but no thanks. Even the lady at the post office advised against "messing around with Westgate".
