The Iberostar Paraiso del Mar is a luxurious family friendly hotel located alongside the beautiful Mayan Riviera. There are plenty of ways to have fun on and off the water, enjoy snorkeling, kayaking etc. or unwind and relax by the lake-style pool or the beautiful turquoise ocean.
Unlimited access to the facilities at sister hotel Iberostar Paraiso Beach. Day pass from 9am to 6pm included at Iberostar Quetzal and Iberostar Cozumel (transportation not included)

The worst! Don’t go!

About the only nice thing I can say is that grounds are beautiful and that's where it ends. The service is horrible/ non existent, the food was terrible and the rooms are super dated. Small, tiny bathrooms. No pool side service, and beach side service nearly impossible to get. If you do find a server, they wont bring you food because you have to go one of the food stands ( which will have burgers or hot dogs sitting out with flies all over them) or go to the “ cafeterias “ ( which is basically what the restaurants are). I don’t typically have high expectations of an all inclusive resort, but my friends vacation club “ elite” status certainly didn't do us any favors., and to clear it was NOT cheap. We should have gone to Secrets. This resort was the absolute worst Ive ever been to.

It's my 5th tine at Iberostar Paraiso but this time Del Mar. Everything was amazing-resort, food, people. I couldnt be happier. My boyfriend it his 1st time and he loved it!!!
