I received a text the day before checking in asking if I had any questions, I was able to reserve a late check out and response was very prompt. I was also able to use this text service throughout my stay, including when our hair dryer stopped working, a replacement was brought at exactly the requested time. The staff here are fantastic! Only negative would be some noise from the street during the night. I would definitely stay here again.

My trip to Alaska got canceled , So I came To Victoria . I got room just for few days , they give me upgrade to suit , and it was incredible . Employees working there were lovely , had answers to all my questions , my room could not be more perfect and everything was so clean. Thank you for making my terrible trip that much better . Location is fantastic , few min away from all The tourist attractions .
