Beautiful, Modern, Well Kept Hotel

My wife and I were stuck in Vegas while Houston was frozen over and the staff at the Vdara were amazing. They were able to accommodate us without much hassle and the room that we stayed in was beautiful. This is a great hotel without the hustle bustle of the casino if this is what you are looking for. Easy access to the strip and to travel arrangements. The only downfall is that they don't have a casino, but are 5 minutes from the Aria.
This hotel has little to offer for the price of admission. And check you card when you leave , they like to over charge.

Room was nice but not worth the cost. This hotel offers very litjle for what you pay. Parking was difficult and the person at the front desk failed to be clear on the hotel charges. Very disappointed.
Elegant Hotel, Wonderful Concierge, Great Amenities!

This was our first stay at the Vdara, and it won’t be our last! From beginning to end, our stay was perfect. Before we even arrived, concierge was checking in with us, helping us plan our stay, giving us travel tips, restaurant recommendations, weather forecast for the day we were driving in, and safety updates. When we got lost trying to find the parking garage Edward was kind enough to stay on the line and guide us to the garage! Truly incredible service! The Vdara does have onsite free parking, with bell staff that helped us with our luggage, the garage did have security which I appreciated. The bell staff was incredibly helpful, he helped get us and our luggage up to our beautiful suite. Our suite was stunning. Very elegant, clean, quiet, with a gorgeous panoramic view. The room size was very spacious! The bell staff gave us a tour, gave us information about our room, and helped us get settled. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and were a true king size. The electronics and decor were very modern and updated, nothing looked like it needed to be replaced. The curtains were blackout curtains controlled electronically. The bathroom was very spacious, full size bathtub and stand in shower. Great views from every space in the room! The Vdara provides each guests with a safety kit that includes a mask and hand sanitizer in each room. Our suite had a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances such as refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a dining room table. It was very modern and a lovely place to have breakfast and a morning cup of coffee. The appearance of the rest of the hotel is very nice and modern as well. Several areas were closed due to COVID but we were permitted to use the pool at the Aria, which was steps away. On the other side, was the Bellagio. The Vdara is in a nice location to other hotels. Check out was a breeze, calling for help with our luggage was as easy as getting it to our room. We were sad to leave and already planning our next trip. Even after we left, Edward from concierge had emailed us to ask us how our stay was and to wish us safe travels! Truly top notch customer service! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!
Underwhelming

Rooms are a great size but could definitely use some replacements (carpet looks dingy, leather on the arm chair was worn out & overall pretty dusty on many surfaces). The kitchen is not stocked with anything (like not even cutlery, very odd) & the refrigerator is not cold at all. Also as this was a family trip, my other family members in another room actually had a stranger open their room with a key card while it was occupied. Clearly a mishap on the hotels part by not assigning new guest to an unoccupied room. Overall very underwhelming and I would book somewhere else the next time I am in town.
Solid Choice

First time staying at the Vdara and it is a solid choice. I stayed one night and booked a King Studio. The room is very large and had great views. It has an empty mini fridge and a separate mini bar. I didn't need to use the kitchen in the room but it has one if you need it. The fitness center is closed due to covid but you can use the gym at the Aria, which is very nice. The Starbucks was also open in the lobby as well as the bar and market store. I stayed on a Friday night/Saturday morning so I'm not sure if that changes during the weekdays. Overall, a solid choice because it was located in the middle of the Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, and Aria. All within walking distance. Aria is just across the street. I recommend this place and would stay here again. I like how clean it was too!
