Beware of the sales pitch to buy a membership. They entice you with a free &75 certificate towards a purchase to listen to presentation. The 90 minutes as advertised turned into six hours and lost an entire day of vacation. Caution! It is a bait and switch. What is promised at the beginning is not what it ends with. Total scam. Interest rate is 19% with mandatory monthly payments and annual maintenance fees. Very bad experience.

We had a wonderful trip with great weather and great food and drinks. There was entertainment every night that we enjoyed. We noticed a problem with mosquitoes and seaweed that we had not seen on other trips here. This may be a time of year issue. Our butler for our two weeks was Gerson. He was wonderful. He came to our room every morning to arrange our dinner reservations, transportation and any other needs we had. We will ask for him on every trip.

Just got back from Ventus at Marina El Cid in Riviera Maya, and wow, it blew us away. This all-inclusive spot in Puerto Morelos is right on a beach, great for families. Food was solid too, from fresh grilled seafood to real Mexican eats and buffets that hit the spot every time. But the real star was the service, especially our butler Gonzalo, the guy was a legend, handling everything from trips around the resort to keeping our room spotless with a smile. And for my daughter’s birthday? They decked out her room with balloons, a cake, and little extras that made her day magical. It was an amazing experience! Highly recommended!

Two Butlers Ricardo and credit made my experience incredible easy got everything done and anything I needed. They are an absolute asset to El Cid. Can't wait to go back in February to see them again.
