    Everything was good, front desk was great, room was clean and comfortable . Check in and check out process was convenient Food in diner overpriced. I would stay there again and recommend this hotel to others

    Nice hotel for a business trip. Rooms are in good condition but the washrooms are don’t have much space to move around due to the big door. For a family vacation I would recommend a better and bigger pool. Food is great. Service is good.

    Hotel is very nice. Nice view. Outside of appearance, it has very poor service. First day we arrived. Everything seemed fine. Room was clean and comfortable. We arrived late so not much to report during the day. At night i had to make a late run to Walmart to get some bathroom supplies. When I went down to the lobby, could not find anyone around valet. Took maybe 10mins to get someone to help get my suv. When i returned, again, no one at valet. Sat in suv for maybe 10 mins and decided to go inside to the lobby where 2 employees were sitting in the back office. I had to tell them no one outside to take my key and valet car. They took key and valet car. The next day Had a wedding today at 11am. We left the room around 10 am to head to wedding. We keep the room always well kept up. On our way back to hotel we ordered some pizzas to eat in the room. When we arrived upstairs for my kids to eat and take a nap the room was not done. It’s was after 4pm. I called downstairs and asked Kayla when does housekeeping clean rooms. She said they do it till it’s all done. I said ok but no one is even on our floor cleaning rooms. How is that even true. She said she would call them to come. I have 2 kids that needed naps and showers. No towels to shower. Waited 15 mins and no one was there yet. Went downstairs to lobby desk and Kayla said the same thing. When they get to it it gets done. Then Jesse said the same thing. That’s a bold face lie. They were better to tell us that the lady slipped our room by accident or they just didn’t do it. Their only excuse is that the keep doing it till it’s done but no one was even working the floor and it’s after 430 pm. Had to take kids or lobby to wait for them to clean room. Pizza guy arrives and now we can’t eat pizza in our room cause it’s being cleaned. So they wanted us to wait and eat cold pizza since our room was not done. UNACCEPTABLE!!! All the kids were hungry and management did not care. We started to eat pizza on a table in the lobby. Another manager came and told us we couldn’t eat there. I asked him, what is the procedure for house keeping to clean rooms. He kept answering a different question. I had to repeat myself 3 times till he finally answered my question. He said house Keeping should have rooms done give or take by lunch time. It’s 5pm. He says he would look into it and to standby. He never came back to give us a clear answer. We are still here till Monday and still no answer from him or anyone else. I will update review on Monday when we check out. This place only Looks nice but service is horrible and I will not be coming back here or any other Hyatt property again. THEY DONT CARE!

    Maybe not much of a family hotel

    While this hotel is on a beautiful property it doesn’t seem to me that they’ve thought much about our younger guests. In other Hyatt locations there’s more to do in the beach areas and water areas as well as milk and cookies brought up in the evening. There’s no kids menu on the room service menu either. View is pretty and in a quiet location. Rooms are fairly clean.

    This hotel is awesome. Everybody is so pleasant. I got emails from the General Manager before I arrived welcoming me back and emailed me a couple of times to make sure I was happy and thanked me for my loyalty. Had the perfect bay view room on the 9th floor. It was very quiet
