Hi i'd like to start off by saying i've been here 5 times and this time was the worst, a lot of stuff was broken including our shower head and we got it "fixed" which did not fix anything, we requested two beds but still got one and then were refused a change. the employees were unpleasant and just were in a foul mood honestly all around wherever we went. Beds were stiff as a board. House cleaning is not a thing here, neither is room service or towels/ toiletries. A plus is that they told us our AC wouldn't work but it did. Restaurant on the property closes pretty early. Over all wouldn't spend money to spend here, it's a little bit cheaper than other places but honelsty not worth it.

Great time. Second year in a row staying here. Full kitchen. Short walk to major resorts/ restaurants. Great beach.
