Found a 55th floor room in the Vdara on airbnb (some of the rooms are owned privately) and... WOW. Literally the nicest place I have stayed in my life. Absolutely everything was immaculate, worked perfectly, bed was super comfy, awesome shower/bath and a.c, lovely amenities, one-touch electric blinds meant you could see the bright lights at night with a single button... and the view was the best thing in the world! I drifted to sleep both nights looking out over the city from in bed. Just beautiful! First trip to Vegas, and felt like a rock star. You really notice the lack of smoke smell compared to the other casino hotels too. Things were expensive in the hotel (e.g. dry cleaning services) but if you are looking to just pay for the room and eat elsewhere you can keep it reasonably cheap - for £200/night, this was worth the extra cash to do vegas properly. The view at night will stay with me forever! Would return in a heartbeat if I'm ever back in Vegas.

    Calm Clean Vegas Hotel

This hotel was very clean and nice. It does not have gambling inside so it was a lot more calm and quiet than other hotels. We had a beautiful view of the Bellagio fountains and other parts of the strip. Our room was not cleaned during our stay, but I assume that is because of COVID. They have a Starbucks near the lobby, but was only open on the weekend. Which, again, I’m sure was because of COVID. They also have a little cafe that is open everyday. They had hand sanitizing and face mask stations, so I felt safe while staying here. Over all it was great, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

    A Lovely Deluxe Non-Smoking Hotel

My husband and I got married in Las Vegas 25 years ago in April. We were married at a hotel that is now demolished and there is only an empty lot. We wanted to celebrate our 25th Anniversary in April but all the hotels were closed. So on our way back home on a month and a half trip cross country, we decided to spend a night in Vegas, fulfilling our anniversary wishes. We had to decide where to stay and after reading this hotel was non-smoking, we decided to go with it in addition to the Penthouse being offered at a price we thought was reasonable (which was a huge splurge for us). When we got to the room, we were disappointed to see its cleanliness. The carpets were at the point of needing a steam cleaning. We spoke to a manager and he made this inconvenience for us right. Our new room turned out to be amazing and the best experience ever at ANY hotel we have ever stayed at. We didn't want to leave the next day!! Next time we are in Vegas (hopefully 25 more years won't pass) we will stay here again, in a Penthouse, 54th floor!! This hotel is not directly on the Strip but is in convenient walking distance to a lot of the popular hotels in the area. Thank you for a great time!!

Went for a fast trip (2 nights) on a weekend late July. The rooms are clean, bathroom well stocked and also clean. The reception desk handled us quickly and efficiently, no issues with my reservation. I had a day bed reserved for the following morning and had no problems with the pool staff. The service at the pool was top notch.... It does give you the sense you are staying at the largest "Homewood Suites" ever, tho... A small lobby bar, a Starbucks and a Mini-Mart style eatery in the lobby and that's about it. Anything else you need to troop over to Aria or Bellagio. I would agree with the other reviewers that the hotel is short staffed - Most of the pool folks were from Aria and a single front desk person. That being said - they were great, just not too many of them. Finally, unless you are in great shape the range for walking about is kinda limited - This pace is in the very rear of City Center, and while one could argue that it takes a long walk to get anywhere in Vegas, This is a pretty good haul to anywhere past City Center or Bellagio.
