    My husband and I finally got to take a trip back to Cabo. We had both lost a parent in the last year and needed a break. The staff was amazing and helped us have a relaxing and enjoyable time. We looked forward to seeing Lazarro and Yoshelin at the front desk daily. Their service was on point daily and this high level of service was at every level from bartender to room service. We loved it so much we already booked for our whole family in December. The white decor and cleanliness is my favorite. We felt completely safe.

    Omg...ok, so I’m rewriting my last review because the experience, food, and service has been phenomenal since I wrote it when I woke up this morning lol. Long story short: I arrived yesterday exhausted and decided to stay in the room for the night and order room service. It was not good. I kept ordering more only to get another “not good” dish. I went to bed thinking oh no, is this what this place is gonna be like? It’s gorgeous, but I can’t do cafeteria food at an “all inclusive resort”. So in the morning I go to the front desk to make restaurant reservations because I can’t do room service again. In conversation with Byron -who is absolutely wonderful btw- I mentioned that the food wasn’t good and he asked me to elaborate. I did! I was completely honest, I thought they could definitely use the feedback. Byron was sincerely apologetic and even introduced me to the executive chef Pablo who was so kind and assured me that quality and guest satisfaction was his priority. Wow, I was not expecting that and the amenities upgrade which was awesome! Nor the incredibly sweet gesture -a note and chocolates and more from Pablo, the executive chef. After trying the restaurants, interacting with suuuuper friendly employees, hanging out in the beautiful pool all day, I can say my experience has been a total 180. The restaurant food is divine! The restaurants that are open right now are: Naos- breakfast Cabello- Italian La palapa- Breakfast; lunch and dinner, seafood/international Gabi- lunch, seafood Mole- Mexican The spa is open. There are activities including water aerobics. My mom had so much fun and the music was great. There was also a super cool fire show with very talented performers down on the beach. The toiletries are great. I usually dislike hotel shampoos and conditioners because while they may smell great, they leave my hair needing loots of de-tangler or leave in conditioner. Amazingly enough, the Mugler products provided here left my hair feeling like I had used my own products from home. Seriously though every employee I’ve encountered today has been so nice, they all say hello. I can 100% recommend this place. They care, they go above and beyond to correct any mistakes and make sure you have a great stay.

    + safety measures are on point. Masks required. Hand sanitizing stations everywhere. Individually wrapped silverware/condiments/beach towels. QR code menus. + Service is impeccable. Everyone is extremely kind and accommodating. Special thanks to: - Jonathan from water aerobics - great energy. Super helpful. Suggested the mezcal tasting and hooked us up with whatever we asked for. - Jose from room service dept - so kind. Gave us amazing service on our private dinner on the beach. Sent us off with a special dessert and message before our departure. - Lizette from reservations - helped us book a private dinner. - Estella from the Gastro Bar - makes the best cocktails & good vibes. - Jesus from La Papela - knowledgeable of the menu. Has great food recommendations. + alcohol selection is wide. Well liquor available upon request. Don Julio jalapeño margaritas w/ tajin & piña coladas we’re my go-to drinks. + good selection of safe activities - water aerobics, mezcal tasting, private dinner, ATV, horse back riding, etc. Overall our trip was incredible! I couldn’t have felt more safe and grateful throughout our entire 4 night/5 day stay at Paradisus. Definitely would recommend and will be going back soon!!!

    Clean, safe, easy, delicious, 5 Star experience

    In this challenging time for travel, we felt very safe and well-cared for. Starting from the wipe-down between guests at the check in counter, to the consistency of staff wearing masks, the abundance of hand sanitizing stations and insistence of use when entering a restaurant to the subtle appearance of a paper bag upon which to place your mask if you choose to wear one (we did, often, when indoors). Safety and sanitation is a big, yet not obtrusive focus. The staff was impeccable. Our concierge, David A. was wonderful and helpful and charming. We were endeared by the hand over the heart gesture proffered by the staff in passing. Alberto at the Mole restaurant was s a delight and steered us towards the beef mole and the churros (try the piloncillo sauce, it is a liquid deep in flavor and complexity yet not overly sweet). Estella at the Ginger bar made us feel at home. The food is amazing. La Palapa, Mole, Capella. Wonderful. Unfortunately some restaurants are closed due to covid and the resulting staffing but room service is available all day long. We never found any restaurant too crowded and there is much in the way of outdoor seating and entertainment. The grounds and buildings are beautiful and well cared for and very pleasing to the eye. They just had a baby turtle release on the beach and I was honored to hold one for a few moments as it swam to the depths of its future home. The pool is amazing and the beach beyond is gorgeous and just a short walk. This is a safe, clean, classy, and very comfortable place to spend time.

    This was a disappointment. The food was horrible and disgusting, service is mediocre. I think this resort used to be good but quality has gone down. The hotel is outdated. I will not return nor recommend!!!
