As always our experience at UNICO was wonderful. We were treated very special and we had two excellent butlers, Israel and Roger. I highly recommend them both. We also shared great conversations with Martha and Jessica of Legendary.

The hotel's name says it all, Unico meaning Unique. It is unique in the excellent service that the entire staff of the hotel strives to provide to their guests. Their facilities are maintained to reflect the luxurious ambiance. Their restaurants serve exquisite culinary creations. Our assigned butlers Eduardo and Carlos are at the top of their game. It was as if they could read our minds. Whenever we made a request, their reply was "It's already taken care of." We could not be more pampered by the extraordinary service that Eduardo and Carlos provided. The hotel is fortunate to have employees of their caliber. These are some of the additional employees that went above and beyond in providing service to us.
