I loved the view of the hotel, I had a lot of fun with the entertainment team, especially with Yesika, a very pretty girl, her Spanish classes are also very good, there is a spectacular beach, a very good place to relax and enjoy. Very good service from Yuri the guy from the Nativa bar.

I first stayed at this resort in January of 2023 and have continued to come back here since. I have travelled to this resort 6 times from then until now. Every stay exceeded my expectations. The service is immaculate, the entertainment team are all great and the bar and kitchen staff are tremendous. My room has always been perfect and kept well by room service. Anything I have needed they have gone above and beyond to help with while I stay here. I would highly recommend this resort if you are wanting to come to Cuba. I have stayed with other hotels on varadero prior to here and I wouldn’t go back again after staying with iberostar! This is the absolute best hotel there is! Yours truly pappi. The entertainment team Jessika, Lisandra and the manager yudi are the absolute best! The snack bar staff are my favourite people, they are always on top of what I need. Yusmara, Yudi, Daima,tony and Yurisan. Yurisan makes the best pina coladas!

I have came to iberostar 7 times in the last 2 years because the service is so great. All the employees are extremely professional and welcoming. The rooms are amazing and the entertainment is to die for! Lisandra is the sweetest!!! Yusmara and yessika are amazing staff members and make you feel like your home. The food is great as well as the drinks! The pina colada from yuri are the best I ever had! I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

This was my fourth time to Cuba and while i understand there are major shortages the beach was excellent and the pool was great. I would not recommend paying any more than $800 for this resort all inclusive. The resort in its entirety is extremely dated and the front is unwelcoming as the fountains are just dried up and dirty looking. There are many unused buildings and areas. Almost deserted and eerie. Front counter staff were just OK. Not very welcoming. The first room 1532 we were given was dank and moldy and musty (think the worse motel you have seen)- absolutely atrocious...as such we asked to move. It should be noted we had requested building 17 a renovated room and were told ahead of time by Judith she would secure it however when we arrived there was no such reservation. And Nelson just seemed disinterested in helping. After we persisted we were shown to 1317 which was decent enough. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the linen blood stained and very old...also be careful there is adjoining room and there was NO LOCK on either side. We could open both doors and look into the other room to see the other guests. SHOCKING. We told front desk and nothing was ever done to fix it. We put a sofa in front to keep us "SAFE". Food was better than expected. The a la carte was horrible - like beyond awful. However you could always find something to eat at the buffet. Shows in the courtyard at night were amazing. Skip the theatre - those were awful and so sad. The hotel should just keep live music going in the courtyard and keep more than one bar opened in the evenings. Also i found servers especially at the bars were borderline rude especially the lobby bar after 6 when all OTHER BARS CLOSE! As does the pool. Chairs are a hot commodity - we made the best of that and just sat right in the pool as its fairly shallow and just placed towels on the beach since chairs were so limited. If you do decide to go please tip the groundskeepers and the cleaners you see around the resort not just the servers. I think they get by better than those that are not public serving!

Great Entertainment ,very good staff always ready to make sure you hace a good time ,excellent service ?? ,It was muy first time at this resort and i would like to return ,thanks to everyone who has made my days special ???????????? WOW ??????
