I had my best time, Karina Garcia What is the best best !! She always brought us the food quickly she was Such a good person, we will come back for sure because of Karina!!! Thank you, Karina. You did Vacation, the best!!!

While I have been here several times before, and the staff are always lovely and attentive- I do rate my most recent experience lower this time and reconsidering going elsewhere in future because of: - The only reasons I book the Reserve side is firstly, access to the Reserve bar and the steakhouse Sal supposed to be included w 3night minstay, and La Palapa(now renamed Sante)- both of which were CLOSED for dinner even to Reserve guests because of a large group was staying there at the time- even if i was 1 person they could not deign to accommodate 1dinner at the Sal- my concierge did try checking: so effectively paying for the reserve was pointless- and there was no nothing offered -not even extra loyalty points back or whatnot. can't imagine anything for a foodie could be a bigger disappointment than not having access to the 2 best ones. - There were only 2 restaurants available for dinner given same excuse as above. if you intend on inconveniencing other Reserve guests, when you have other big groups- especially us that tend to come back regularly, maybe reconsider shutting down our available dining options- I can't imagine many other Reserve regular guests were too happy. - Despite booking the exact same room type as my last stays, jr suite ocean front reserve- i was assigned a room on the opposite side of the reserve bar, building 4 - behind the old gabi beach bar, when previous stays I would just go up a floor or 2 when staying at an oceanfront suite, but this stay i had to cross the main pool area- a lot farther walk to get a drink. that was still acceptable if dining was not an issue. Again waitstaff, bellmen,housekeeping, bartenders, front office at reserve, and concierge were wonderful- it was mainly that decision to close the 2 best options for dining that took away from the vacay experience. Btw I passed by the Sal restaurant on the night I wanted a reservation and it was not full at all.

Beautiful amazing hotel with expansive grounds. Clean hotel, efficient staff who are so kind! Especially Karina and Blanca, who are so sweet and kind and got us whatever we needed with grace and efficiency! We can’t wait to visit again soon!
