The Ocean Coral & Turquesa currently has elevators that are temporarily out of service. At this time, there are eight elevators that guests can access in buildings 9, 11, 12 & 15. It is expected that the elevator repairs be completed by March 2018.
The hotel will conduct improvements that will take place at the Casa de Mar buffet restaurant starting on September 1 and is expected to be completed by November 15, 2017. During the renovation, the Villa Marina restaurant will be available for breakfast, lunch and dinner as a temporary buffet. All attempts will be made to minimize any impact to guests during this time.

Came here end of april. 1 kid and 2 adults. Fun animation for the kids. Mini show! My daughter loved Karla. She speaks french which was a plus for us :) We loved our stay! The pool bar with Eduardo, gustavo, antonio, guillermo and jesus! Great service !!!! Will come back :)
