AWESOME!!!!

The new addition is awesome, adding infinity pool. Easy access to sea for swimming and snorkeling and lots of cliffs to jump off of. Breathtaking sunsets.
Love it

We loved 7 nights spent there. The location is absolutely beautiful. We did enjoy all kinds of local food in restaurant. Hendrick? made us feel welcome and the cooks? were super friendly. Tina? is a superstar of the bar area - super friendly, serves delicious cocktails and gives very interesting insights about living in Jamaica. A sister hotel on a 7 mile beach is an amazing bonus. The garden section across the road is beautiful and the dog living there is another highlight ??

Very relaxing , not fancy , good food. Staff very friendly especially bartender Tina and Kimmy . Marcia needs to work on people skills as she came across very rude.Kendrick and Omara were great in the dining room, always helpful and courteous .

This was our first time in Negril and it was very relaxing. The staff was very pleasant. Special shout out to TIna, Moya and the elderly gentleman and lady serving in the dining area. If you're not a diver this is not the hotel for you, however, the saving grace is they offer a shuttle to their sister hotel Legends which is on the Nine Miles beachfront. I love the private cottage room we stayed in but the blackflies or mosquitoes were vicious. The WIFI was solid. Things that could be improved were the food & drinks the variety for an all inclusive was limited. One has to pay extra for "what is deem high value " One surprise was the ride to the hotel, our brochure says this hotel is 30 mins away from the airport, this is fictious. The drive is almost 2hrs. And beware of the shuttle driver offering you drinks for the ride like it is complimentary then asking your partner for reimbursement and doubling the price to make triple the profit. Other than that Jamaica Irie man!
Was ok but probably not return

Most of the upstairs staff were nice, polite and friendly. Tina at the bar was lovely but watch out for those totally unapproachable older women. Yikes, they are some kind of grumpy. Could use some new bar staff( there and at Legends) and a few upgrades like face clothes, kettle or coffee pot. We had no issues with bugs but the Cats are everywhere and the smell is overwhelming. Lots of cat fights , sheets weren’t changed until our last night. Snack bar would be great as all inclusive gets only breakfast 8-10, lunch 12-2 and supper starts at 7. On site store grossly overpriced. $10 usd minimum to taxi anywhere. We thought the cooking was great until 6 nights of basically the same thing grew old real fast. Drinks are very watered down and the all inclusive basically just syrup drinks. The sister bar legends has a small beach area with little to no shade. The beach area is lovely with little vendors to bother you. Same thing for food , drinks and even unapproachable bartender. It was a cheap deal through Sunwing, but seriously maybe a few upgrades would make all the difference.
