The best vacation ever.

AMAZING. everything is amazing: food, variety of drinks and food, timing, sea, accommodation, cleanliness, staff is friendly and welcoming The site is The best so far we visited Everyone welcomes you, smiles and asks how to make your vacation better. And not only ask also deliver immediately! In the middle of the week I started to crave dark chocolate ( there were plenty of fancy tasty desserts but I wanted a crunchy chocolate bar). During lunch Tge rounding chief asked “Is everything ok?” we stated how amazing is all the good variety and taste and I joked that I craved the chocolate:) he went to the kitchen and grabbed me some! Same everywhere: just ask We will come back!
Dishonest, Poor security

First, the resort is absolutely beautiful. Staff could be friendlier, but it is what it is. We tip well, aren’t demanding, and are generally polite. I have never experienced such indifference from customer service staff anywhere. I’ve also never experienced such a low bar for “prestige” service. Unable to make dinner reservations, and unable to eat in any a la cartes without a substantial wait time. Premium liquor not included at lobby bar, and when asked the price to order it told “you can’t afford it”. I’m sorry, what? But the kicker is the AirPods that disappeared from our room, and despite clearly showing their location and movement via “find my iPhone”, the hotel denies that they were there as shown. (We checked out, got into a cab, and immediately realized that they had been left in the room, which we confirmed using the app. Find my iPhone alerted when the case was opened and STILL sends updated locations. But the hotel wouldn’t do anything.) Unfortunate that we can’t trust a name like Iberostar to deliver the service they’re known for, and to behave honestly.
