Worst night of my life

one p on May 05, 2024

My mom and I have come to Paris Las Vegas for our mother/daughter trip for years. Last year, the room was ratty, but we thought it was a one-off. This year, our first room was so terrible that we went back to wait in the horrible check-in line again to get another. They said they had a renovated room that would just be another 5 min walk. We are now in a wing of another hotel, the Horseshoe, which used to be the old Bally’s Hotel. We are in another hotel. I’m looking out my window at the Paris Hotel. They said oh you have an Eiffel Tower view. Sure, it’s directly across the alley and it is playing music so loud, that if it was a neighbor, I would call the cops. I have earplugs and there is no way I or anyone else in this tower will sleep tonight. I’m staring down the barrel of a five night trip (our longest) in the most miserable situation I’ve been in in a hotel. They already charged my card including with outrageous ‘resort’ and other fees. This will be the last time I ever come here. Save yourselves.

Newly married two thumbs up

Wanderer00033627030 on May 04, 2024

Just married. We stayed 3 nights. Upon arrival Roxanne was quick and super friendly. We stayed in room 6510. It was amazing. Great views, soft mattress, loved tub and shower combo. Maids promptly cleaned rooms everyday. This hotel has so many amenities. So many restaurants. Lisa Vanderpumps was our favourite. Breathtaking friendly staff and drinks were delicious. Bobby Flay’s burgers were yummy. Happy the Americano restaurant was open 24 hours. Great for late night snack we had the chicken wings. Swimming pool was heated. Bonus. A lot of casino games to play. This resort is close to everything being in the heart of Vegas. Highly recommend staying here. The third. We will be back.

Not a recommended place to stay

Janet B on May 04, 2024

So disappointed with this hotel. I have stay twice before and always found it good. This time my husband and I were joined by friends. After a very long flight we arrive to find the checking in area was full of people around 50 in checking in queue. Receptionist was friendly and trying her best. Once we got to our rooms we found cracked sink in my friends room. Light switch loose in bathroom our room. Carpets are thread bare in both room. Cleaning was very bad in both rooms. We would have complained but found reception has queues day and night with a couple of attempts to speak to staff some who were very unhelpful was told to go to reception. However the lady at lost and found was extremely helpful when I lost walking stick. ( found) . Overall very disappointed and would not recommend it a place to stay. Needs complete refurbishment sooner the better so inferior to the other local hotels

Paris stay

Curiosity660376 (Ontario, Canada) on May 04, 2024

Hotel was beautiful. The room looked like it needed some tlc found a few staff members were rude. And to the kicker was I had to argue to get my room cleaned after our first night we stayed there. There virtual concierge assured me it would be cleaned but never was I couldn't talk to anyone at the front desk was always 50 people in line to check in. Finally on day of checkout I spoke to staff at front desk. They took 50 off my bill. I wouldn't recommend staying there

Definitely a four star resort

ybhamster (Seattle, Washington) on May 04, 2024

I stayed for a week at this hotel (04/26/2024 - 05/03/2024) with my family. The following is my review of a few of the features. Room: We stayed in the Bordeaux Tower Floor 12. This was a non-smoking floor which was appreciated. We requested to have a room away from the elevator with two queen beds and they accommodated that (we booked in 09/2023). The room felt a little on the small side, but it was big enough as we just slept there. The bathroom was nice and large. The water pressure was decent and the shower was roomy. I am a pretty big guy and it felt like I had a nice amount of room to move around. I great appreciated that. Our room did not come with a bidet for the toilet. We were pretty disappointed, but were told some rooms have them and others don't. The towels provided were thin, but worked well. The toilet paper was not luxurious at all, but was regular commercial grade. Soap (facial and body), shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were provided and were very good quality. Parking: It cost $20 a day including taxes and fees. The in and out system worked just by facial recognition after the first day which was great and a huge time saver. No it didn't work every time if the system was busy with other cars in other lines, but it was pretty consistent. The room key card can be used as well at the parking machines to get in and out. Parking was plentiful and we usually got to park on the 3rd or 4th floor. The parking garage is on the rear of the building so you have walk from the garage through the "mall" area to get to the towers which can take about 10 minutes or so each time. There were supposed to be 10 electric charging spots, but we never saw them. We didn't rent an electric car so it wasn't an issue. They have Enterprise Rent a Car on the first floor of the parking garage. There is only one parking garage. They have overhead system above each parking spot that has a red light if the spot is occupied and green if it isn't. This helped a lot if finding a space. Check in: We used a check-in kiosk which was very efficient and took less than ten minutes. There are about 7 machines, so the long line didn't take very long to get through. Bell Service: You have to drop off your bags with Bell Service out front and then self park in the back (in the parking garage) unless you are using valet parking. Once in your room they will bring your bags up. The service out front is very quick. The service to the room takes about ten minutes. Same process for check out, but in reverse. The Bell Hops were in uniform, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Gym: The gym is a decent size (it includes lots of weight machines and cardio equipment) for the size of the hotel and there were a fair amount of people in it when we used it daily. They provide a weight scale, towels, and a water filling station (with cups). The check in desk is very friendly and has some very attractive staff. Each time you use the gym, you are required to sign a liability waiver. The gym is open from 7am to 5pm. They currently do not provide any fitness classes, but that would have been appreciated even if you had to pay for them. The gym is located on the 2nd floor with the spa. Pool: The pool is located on the 3rd floor. It is an outdoor pool located next to the Eiffel Tower. There were lots of people when we visited the pool, but the pool never seemed small. There were about 6 lifeguards on duty at all times. There was a guest desk with towels. There were plenty of loungers, although you had to wait to get one from someone who left. There are restrooms available. The pool itself is about 3.5 feet deep only. They play music (no DJ) through speakers, but it is not overly loud. The pool was open from 10am to 6pm. Housekeeping: It was provided daily, but do not change the sheets unless requested. They do clean the room and change out the towels and make the beds. The staff was very accommodating with our requests for more toiletries. Concierge: This resort uses a bot text program that you can use for various questions and requests. It worked pretty well for housekeeping requests and answers to other various questions. Warning: Once the resort has your phone number, they will send you advertisements for shows and upgraded amenities during your stay. It never seemed intrusive and was always appreciated so that I knew these things were available. They also give you little tips about check in, check out, the pool, room service, etc. I liked it a lot. They also have a desk for this as well, but we did not use it as it was never staffed when we were there. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. This resort is centrally located on the Strip and provided all that we needed for a comfortable stay.
