    Great trip with great friends! Exellent service & awesome views. Came down to go fishing which is excellent also. Thank you to some great staff I met in my trip—-Rafael Evbey, Isaac Navarrete, Hector, Vianey Luis in the Exhale Club, Williams, Ismael Bartnendev, Emanuel my bell boy & Natty in the Fishnets Restaurant. The chef gladly cooked up our fish that we caught.

    I would say overall we had a good stay and we would consider returning, mostly because of the location, but we would seriously consider trying someplace else next trip to Cabo. The great: --The Rooms were very nice and the bed was very comfortable for a hotel bed. Nice balcony with a great view of the marina. --The location being on both the marina and beach is the best in town. Fun to watch all the marina activity and the cruise ships. The good: --Service varied from average to great, overall was good. Tipping was generally needed to get great service. Bring lots of ones, fives and tens. --Spoons, the buffet restaurant and Spumante the Italian restaurant had the best food at Breathless. Bites dinner was good, we didn’t try it for the other meals. --The party pool was mostly a fun time. It’s really only a party atmosphere Friday – Sunday, at least in mid-November. We were there a week and they only had the famous foam party on Friday and Sunday. Chairs were pretty easy to get late in the morning every day besides Friday - Sunday. Pool service is great if you tip first thing on arrival, average to good otherwise. The average: --Fish Nets and Barefoot Grill were average, Kibbeh was underwhelming for food. Overall I would rate the food for the entire resort about a 3 to 3.5 out of 5. It was overall average to good, but really none of it I would call great. We’ve had much better food in Cabo at resorts that cost half as much a night. The not so good: --Breathless sells day passes for the party pool to cruise ship guests and anyone else that wants to come in for the day. Once the cruise ship guests roll in, they take a lot of chairs and have the potential to drastically change the atmosphere of the pool in a negative way as the cruise ship folks were typically of a very different demographic than the typical Breathless guest. Fortunately, it was only a factor 2 out of the 6 days we spent by the pool. --The only Mexican restaurant in the place is not included in the all-inclusive. We were there a week and really the only included Mexican food to be found at the resort was the 2 days there was a pool-side barbeque, poolside tacos, and the buffet had a couple of lunch items daily. When you go to Mexico, you want to eat Mexican food, but not much option for that at this resort. --The vacation club pitch that comes with the welcome champagne. The push to attend the presentation was not as annoying as we’ve encountered at other resorts, but still annoying. Fortunately, if you say no firmly they won’t bother you again for the rest of the stay. --The maid service never showed up until almost 5 every single day. We were usually out of the room between 4:30 and 6 so they had a chance to come in most days, but it would be nice if they could be done by 3 – 4 each day or at least switch up the cleaning order so our room could have been cleaned at a more convenient time some of the days. --This hotel is made up of two buildings. The rooms, the lobby, the quiet pool, and one restaurant are all in one building and the main pool, gym, spa, and all the other restaurants were in the second building. To get between them, you have to walk down a long hallway of conference rooms, down 1 ½ floors, outside next to the marina through the vehicle turnaround maybe 200-300 feet, then back up 1 ½ floors (no stairs for the dinner restaurants) and to the far end of the second building. Not the best set-up. --Main access from hotel to marina blocked off. To access the Marina to walk to downtown you have to walk up the vehicle driveway on the back side of the first building or to the far end of the first building in the wrong direction. --The purple bar had a great view, but nothing happening at all. We went up there 4 different nights between 9pm and 12am and we were the only ones up there most of the time. Maybe it used to be a nightclub, but they aren’t using it for that anymore.

    always a nice property but for the prices they charge you think they could have some entertainment in the evening,.,by putting bands by restaraunts is very short sited people come and go ,the 24hr bar is the best place so people can dance ...and having the so called nite club closed at 12 doesn't help either .they seem more interested in trying to get people off property with pub crawls etc..

    We had a great couples trip to Breathless. It is a nice, new clean resort. The food by the adult quiet pool was great, not so much by the party pool. Otherwise the restaurant food was great. I’d skip on the room service though, it’s not great. Some of our favorites - onion rings by the pool, salmon, crab cakes, tuna tartare, and octopus at Fish Nets, egg croissant for breakfast at Bites. Would come back. Location is great and within walking distance to everything.

    We continue to return to Breathless Cabo because of our previous great trips! The resort is in a great location and is very convenient to walk to all the great restaurants, shopping and excursions that leave from the marina. The staff at Breathless provided excellent service and the following individuals stood out: The pool servers at the main pool Williams(Big Boy) and Hector. Thanks for the great drinks and for always keeping our glasses full! The pool food was also great with the afternoon BBQ by the pool, the fish tacos at Barefoot Grill and the seared tuna at the Spoon Buffet, were some of our favorites. When at the Spoon Buffet look for Jonathan. He went out of his way to take care of a couple of requests we had and was very friendly. Spumante, the Italian restaurant was our favorite place to dine at night. The seafood and the filet was my go to, excellent! We spent one afternoon at the quiet pool and had some nice conversation with Vianey. It was nice meeting you and thanks for taking care of us! The Xhale Club staff, the concierge Francisco & Vanessa who made our stay special with great service and suggestions to visit the Art Walk in Los Cabos. We are UVC members and we had the opportunity to meet Pavel our new vacation club representative, what a pleasure!! Fantastic young man who made our vacation special. Thanks to you and Edgar Rodriguez the Front Desk Manager for the lovely room! WOW!! Not to forget Julio the Food and Beverage Manager and Tony the Pool Manager, your team has made our vacations special since the early days of the property. Its been great to be a part of the AM Resorts brand! See you soon!!
