While Shama at the front desk was absolutely amazing and professional with everyone she encountered and was a definite pleasure to work with. I felt like some of the other employees were not. Granted it was only 2 or 3 of them,but I definitely did not feel welcome. I felt like it was an imposition for them to be helping me. Our room was clean and a beautiful ocean view. I’m not sure I’d come back because although it said it was adult only there were a lot of young kids (18? Maybe) it kinda of ruined the adult vibe. Again, Shama was definitely the shining diamond that you are lucky to have as an employee.

When we went to the veranda for breakfast, Ian was always very attentive and made sure that our needs were met. He really elevated it to five star experience. In relation to other places, I have stayed typically the staff doesn’t really pay much attention to needs and how they need to be met although here I’m really enjoying all the service and the attention that we’ve been getting especially from Ian!

The bed had me in a chokehold and I almost missed my flight!!! Soooo comfortable! At the Verandah our server Ian Williams was top notch and we truly enjoyed breakfast before heading out!

The property and the employees were fine. Unfortunately, the Hotel Managements allowed 100 young people from the United States, to descend on the property and take over. The last three nights we were there, we couldn't sleep. These people were running around the hallways, playing loud music and screaming. In the morning, before leaving our rooms, we had to be careful, not to step on vomit. Calling the front desk was useless, because nobody answered. It was very disturbing to have to witness this behavior, and the lack of action to stop it. We are never coming back.

Wonderful resort, small enough to feel safe n comfortable getting around but big enough to not get bored! Shavanti, Tamara and Isadell were awesome employees there and went the extra mile for us. . Very hard workers! We’d highly recommend this all inclusive resort!
