A great trip, full of experiences, beautiful facilities, very delicious food and especially the attention. Thanks to Jireh who is very friendly, I had a lot of fun playing the games and I really enjoyed my stay

The good news is that Hector and Alejandro bumped us up to a room closer to the beach, which was a nice surprise. Overall, the few days we were there we’re good for the price we paid. Seems like a better place for families and younger people. Beach was absolutely beautiful. Seemed like the staff was not very friendly except for a handful.

My wife and I had a wonderful 4 days at iberostar. In particular, a shout-out to Vladimir , a member of their concierge team. He was very personable and we spent lots of time with him and he answered all our questions.

I booked three rooms for us and two more families so we can celebrate my daughter's first birthday. Unfortunately, my daughter got sick and was admitted to the hospital. From that moment my wife or myself had to leave and come back to the resort every day. On the third day, just out of nowhere, resort security stopped my wife and another kid on their way to a hospital visit. They were held hostage over ~US$40 for the resort store and laundry service. My wife explained they were coming back in a couple of hours but security insisted they go back from the gate to the reception desk to pay. She lost valuable 30 minutes of hospital visit time because of that. Even though we travel a lot and this was not our first stay in Iberostar we never experienced something like this. My 3-year-old ended up being super upset watching all the drama and I am still waiting for a proper explanation of why this happened.

This was my fourth visit to the Riviera Maya, but my first time at the Iberostar Paraiso Beach Resort. I went with my friend and we stayed there for a week in March. So we had an amazing trip! Excellent food, accommodation, very lush grounds, large pool and beautiful beach. All the staff are wonderful and fun, but my heart goes to Sarah, the concierge. She was always polite and very helpful with our few concerns/ questions we had. Thank you, dear, you are the best one! I so much sorry that we couldn't stay for 10 days, but definitely we are planning to go again !
