Just returned from a fantastic stay in a 2 story butler sunset bluff suite with private pool. Room. Spectacular views from bedroom and private terrace. Having our own pool was a real treat and sunsets were incredible. Fully stocked fridge and drinks in a modern and stylish room. Bed was super comfy. Butlers. Massive shout out to Dez, Jessy and Andrew! They made our trip very special. Always greeting us with a smile, helped us with restaurants, transport around the resort, setting us up at the pool/beach and room service. Left us snacks and nibbles, bottles of Champagne and the wine we like and even prepared a bubble bath with flowers for us one evening as a surprise after we had been out all day. All lovely touches that were surprising and put a smile on our faces. All delivered A+ service and a credit to the resort and Sandals. Restaurants. We ate at La Toc, Neptunes, Armandos, Soy and Kimonos and the Pavillion buffet. Soy, Kimonos and Soy were our favourites. Didn’t get into Pitons, but in fairness the butlers did offer to bring Pitons menu food to us to eat in our suite. Spent time by the pool. Brilliant drinks service from all the bar staff. We also spent time on the beach and didn’t do any excursions as this was a trip where we just wanted to relax and switch off. Thanks again to La Toc, all the staff and especially our 3 x butlers. Will be back! One tip is take the Helicopter transfer. It’s a fun experience and short trip. We did one way with a private transfer return.

We got the Piton Butler Suite. Butler service consisted of 3 assigned butlers. 1 of the 3 was excellent, Glenn. The other two, ehhh, quite honestly never saw them for the most part unless I texted. Only Glenn would bring us to the beach set up, check in with us throughout day, bring us drinks, replenish our ice in cooler. The other two we saw at the pool as we went back n forth, and yet never saw them during day unless by chance and didn't our check in with us at the beach. One of them had just got back from a sick leave so we didn't see him until day 2-3? Very disappointing and expected better except for Glenn. The beach for us was way too small. Disappointing especially becuase it was so small, we had to constantly see the same "drug dealers" throughout the day every day. One day it was red flag, the lifeguard gave people a hard time about being in water even if up the their knees but yet, kids were in there during red flag unattended. Ya, the beach was a disappointment but we made do with what we had. The resort was so small, I didn't expect huge but was too small for us with limited mobility to walk around. The beach bar had a great bartender, Amanda, who knew our drinks after the first order with her. For the most part, we found mostly all with the exception of a few, very friendly. The food was pretty good, Sushi/Soy was outstanding as was the Kimono's. Weird, we could only book one night with each of the restaurants that required reservations and Kimonos' was only working with a few tables not even all were booked up, it was odd, I guess they lacking cooks there? But what we did experience was good. Overall, I wouldn't go back to this resort. The weather was great and we met some nice people but too small of a beach and resort for us. I also wished they had like Beaches does, a cute little pastry/coffee shop. It was a good vacation but I can't say wow, it was great and the place was great. The room we stayed in was in need of some serious upgrading. the bathroom tile was old and discolored and seemed to need a more thorough cleaning and housekeeping was lacking.

One the best hibachi places I have been too! Probably the best restaurant at Sandals Regency La Toc as well! Service was excellent and the drinks just kept coming and coming! Myers was an awesome chef and would recommend dining with him!

We arrived at St. Lucia La Toc in April 2024 to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. We were there 9 nights. From the very start we were impressed with the exclusive Sandals Lounge at the airport, prompt transfer to the resort and the Club level service for check in and all the concierge services we needed during our stay. The resort is immaculate, very well maintained and the staff over the top friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and had a great oceanfront view. We really enjoyed the restaurants (we never ate off the resort) and the excursions were fun and well organized. Our favorite restaurant was definitely Neptune, but Armando's was great also. La Toc was a bit of a disappointment as we didn't think the food quality or presentation were up to the hype as their top tier eatery. Overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This was the most amazing vacation! My husband and I usually travel to city locations for vacation, so the beach was very different for us, and it was such a welcome change! It was a truly relaxing vacation, from the moment we got there until we left, the service was incredible. We did have a butler suite, and I think this is so important to enjoy everything the resort has to offer without difficulty. Our butler got us reservations for all the dining we wanted, for our excursions, and reserved our chairs at the beach each morning. Our fridges and beachside coolers were always stocked. They would even randomly come by on the beach with ice cream, drinks, pizza, and cool cloths. It was unreal! We are definitely foodies, and we were so impressed with the dining options! We tried a lot of new foods, and have zero complaints about the foods. We also enjoyed numerous breakfasts in our room in the morning, which was lovely. We loved this vacation so much we booked a trip to Barbados in 2026. Our butlers (who we interacted with most) were Donovan, Clovis and Gem, and they were so incredible! We were so fortunate to have them. Cannot recommend this resort more!
