    Such great staff they are so welcoming and professional..... they go above and beyond to ensure their guest are happy at all times. Lopez, flights , Reggie, kristi, Elvis. were such big helps! Because of them I will definitely be coming back again !! Made me feel like I was home while on vacation there was nothing we were not able to get done in a short time period. from reserving jet ski’s to private dinners, massages etc. They made it happen I would recommend this place over beach house or Alexandra any day. Thanks again blue haven for everything.

    Amazing stay there!! Loved the location, the seclusion, and all the workers... O'brian, Trey, Lopez, Chrisley, and Reggie were all great. I would definitely go back, it has a much better feel than Alexandra and the pool is in a better location up to the beach than Beach House.

    Terrible service. It will be the last time I ever visit. Very sub- standard. Be prepared to wait hours for food service. Then when it arrives it's terrible. Every overpriced resort for what's offered. I would recommend anyone considering this resort to book somewhere else.

    We had a lot of fun at the Alexandra resort. Beach is the best by far. The pool at Blue Haven is the best with infinity pool and live music. The Fire and Ice restaurant has the best food. Ask for O’Brian, he is the best with great personality. He gives you a lot of information about the place and great suggestions. When it comes to an outstanding service, ask for O’Brian, he is the man!! If you are at Alexandra, ask about Theresa, she is very nice and go the extra mile for you! Great experience, highly recommend

    We came to this resort with a group of 13 people and had such a good time thanks to all the amazing staff on the beach. Lopez was the best! Nothing you ask that he will say no to. He went above and beyond for all of us, even arranging a private workout on the beach for us in the morning. His customer service is a 10/10. Romario, Flights, Trey, Anderson, Kobe, Jaflyn, Sashana, and Daphne were also all very nice and always there to help! Our complaints are with the restaurant reservations team (front desk) and management. Being a large group, we were not notified ahead of time that we would be unable to make a reservation for dinner for 13 people at the other resorts. After two days of complaints and frustration, they finally set up one on the last day of our stay. The front desk confirmed a reservation for the sushi place for us at 7:30a, only to then tell us 2-hours before dinner that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays (the day of our res). We only learned this because WE called to confirm our reservation! What’s most aggravating is that following the canceled reservation, they didn’t offer other suggestions for dinner or offer a suggestion of a different restaurant reservation for us. We ended up arranging a reservation and private taxi ourselves for a dinner at Mango Reef. An awesome out-of-resort dinner spot! After checkin, upon arriving at our room we realized that 1/6 wristbands (which are your keycards) did not work. After updating our wristbands we had to get them changed twice more. We were told that our 2-bedroom suite would have two and a half baths, which it did not. Our room should have had a pullout couch for our party of 6 and it did not have that, nor a cot setup. We were only upset over not having a half bath due to the fact we had 6-guests in our room and were relying on the convenience the half bath offered. The front desk made our COVID testing appointments for a time after the testing center closed. I understand people make mistakes, but not once did management reach out to apologize or defend these mistakes. For how much money our group spent, the manager or the front desk didn’t offer anything or even check back in to see if there was anything else they could do. Whoever manages the front desk, receives a 2/10 for customer service and Kevin, the group travel agent, receives a 5/10. Kevin was helpful when we were booking, but made a lot of promises that were not kept. He told us we would be “taken care of” with champagne and extras in the room, and we received nothing. He said we could go to all the restaurants and when we got there we were told only 10 people from (all of) Blue Haven can go when we had a group of 13. For being the group coordinator, that’s something to give bigger groups a heads up on. The shuttle also doesn’t run every 15 minutes like we were told on the phone when booking. It’s every hour or few hours depending on the time of day. Long story short, it’s poor customer service to give false or missing information, and then do nothing about it. Besides that, our group had a really nice time, the beach is amazing, the food is good, the rooms are spacious and up to date, and VERY clean. We cannot say enough great things about the staff at the beach and outdoor bar!
