Great resort and so much to do. Room was awesome, grounds were beautiful and beach was awesome!!! Kudos to our butlers!!!! I wanted to give our highest compliments to our Butler Team. Monique Frenella Petrona They are awesome! Always attentive and looking to go above and beyond for us. Can’t say enough great things about them.

This trip to Barbados was amazing the weather was perfect. The choices of restaurants was many. It was nice to have the option to have a breakfast that was not a buffet. The Sky Top bar and infinity pool was such a bonus. Great place to watch the sunset and wonderful espresso martinis. The room was a little small but we did have an ocean view which was wonderful. The food was good and the ice cream at the Cafe was delicious. Can't wait to go back. The shuttle service was from airport to resort was painless and very organized.

A shout out to Christopher In Loyalty and Travel department. Very personable and professional! I wound up booking a future trip based solely on him. Also, his colleague Ramon impressed me also!

We just returned from four glorious days at Sandals Barbados! We reserved the Beachfront One Bedroom Butler Suite w/ Balcony. Our Butler team Archie and Jeremy are Customer Service masters and they genuinely want you to relax and let them take care of you! They handled all of our restaurant reservations, reserved chairs on the beach, brought us lunch and drinks on the beach, escorted us where we needed to go, but the best thing about them is how genuinely kind and caring they are…it’s not an act, they love what they do and it shows! You can’t fake that kind of service! Other outstanding employees, Ron the butler, the ladies from Sweden working pool bar (always smiles and happy to see us, Chelsea Ann at Bombay, Chad the bellman who checked us in and out, the Snorkel team…. Wish I was better at remembering names, because they all deserve the highest praise!! .not one person we encountered wasn’t all smiles and literally wanted nothing more than for us to enjoy ourselves! We booked our trip next year to St Lucia before we left Barbados and it was because of the people we encountered there! Thank you Raymon at Loyalty for being the final smile and happy person we met before we sadly had to come back home to reality! We would absolutely come back to Barbados in a heart beat but want to explore other locations. 1000% confident that we will feel this kind of love at every Sandals we visit! I went to Sandals Barbados for the first time in April 2024. It was amazing and I would recommend it to everyone. Resort was beautiful and location was perfect. We had great meals at Butches, Neptune, Kumoto and Merry Monkey. All were delicious while the Merry Monkey stood out from the rest. The host Jack was the best, making us feel like we were at home at our local pub. His humor was amazing as he made a simple meal seem as if it were the greatest of meals. His humor was spot on and he not only was our host, he was our waiter and bar tender. Nothing was beneath him as he made his way to all of the customers. Sandals has a gem in Jack and needs to realize what they have in him. He alone will be the reason we want to return. Anyone who sees this review please go enjoy everyone on the staff because they are warm and friendly. Enjoy!!!
