    Wonderful experience! I want to say a special thx u to the whole staff here especially Jacksene at the beach who was so sincere at accommodating my family at the beach. Once again we could not be any happier. God bless u all!!

    As a lifelong Hilton member this hotel was the worst. Check in was terrible, they could not answer the basic questions. The pool was shut down, the restaurants are closed. They didn’t have enough towels. We got stuck in the elevator and took forever to get let out. Overall worst Hilton hotel experience. Do not bring families with young kids during March or April.

    Poor service and overcharged with their gratuity!

    We ate here at the rooftop bar after spending the day on the beach. The salads were good, but overpriced. The salads were supposed to be $13 and we added shrimp for an additional $7. So if I’m doing my math correctly, which I am, it should be $20. When we got the bill, the salads were $22 each. When we asked our server and manager, they told us it was the gratuity charge extra on each item. However, they did an additional percentage at the end of the total bill. I have no issue with added gratuity, but they charged us extra on the food and a 18% gratuity at the end. So they double dipped on their tips. I am in the service industry and this is not okay. We were charged an additional $13 after all of this. Not to mention, the manager, was very rude to us. The server was nice, slow service, but understandable because they were slightly busy making drinks. I would not recommend; spend your money elsewhere. They ripped us off!! I even warned the table next to us.

    Over charged my card (double) left me with no money in account. Didn’t know until I went to get a rental car . Suffered the embarrassment of my only card I had on me at the time declining . Had no way back to the hotel . Spent hours having the manager telling me it was my banks fault . Finally after requesting multiple times to see another manager she finally comes out of her offices and says oh ya sorry it’s our fault . Says sorry can’t help you but we will refund you the overcharges but it will take 7-10 business days . Missed out on my nieces birthday party of turning 1 due to not be able to get a rental nor having the money to Uber in Miami . The sink filled up and was a slow drain to brush your teeth or wash your hands . So I had to do everything from the bathtub . Room was great it was clean and the view was amazing but I was on vacation with being newly married to only have 4 days of stress . IT WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!!!! Watch your charges if you book with this hotel .

    We stayed here Thursday and Friday night. Just before we got there I received a email for a upgrade to a room with a balcony for $15.00 per night I didn't take it (maybe I should have) The room was clean with 2 small beds maybe full size was told they were queen but I have a queen bed and they were not ,the bathrin 0oom sink had no water coming out of it We told the ladies that were cleaning the rooms and we were took they would get maintenance to fix it . It was a great location across from the beach . Lots of restaurants to walk to to . The pool was nice very crowded. 2 chairs with towels and umbrellas at the beach 1 free hour bike ride , 2 free drinks at the pool bar .
