    Cecilia Solano brought a Huge smile and a Bon Bini every morning to our breakfast experience . We felt like she made an effort to remember our names our coffee and mimosas and making us feel like we were at a family breakfast :) Thank you Cecilia for making our vacation fabulous ..     Great location, good beach, close to everything. Have stayed there 4 times before when it was a Radisson. Heard from a few people it went downhill but maybe that is a sign of the times to charge for everything. 1. Palapa - Not enough free palapas. I am a Hilton member and had an add-on to reserve a palapa for the entire stay at for 21.00 daily, confirmed at check-in. No one at check-in or the towel hut knew of this even after showing them my confirmation email. I understand it wasn’t confirmed but why does no one know what I am talking about. We reserved daily online; was quicker than waiting outside the towel hut. Many had towels but people never showed. 2. I arrived early and knew my room wouldn’t be ready. I asked them to hold my luggage but it was just sitting in the lobby not locked up. At 3:30pm I did received my room. Just finished unpacking and a noise at the door; someone else was also given that room; we had 10minutes to repack; we were given the wrong room. Then the next morning at 7:00am, in my new room, a bellhop knocked and said he was there to help with bags for checkout. Wrong room again. Check in needs to be more careful. 3. One night returning to our room, the keys didn’t work; battery died on the doors; had to wait for security to change, also we had a notice the next day security was upgrading the software in the doors. 4. Didn’t eat in any restaurants except for lunch at the pool/beach. 5. Rooms were cleaned daily and early enough. Overall a great vacation and nice hotel

    We Love coming to Aruba and this is our 3rd time staying at the Hilton! The property is just Beautiful and love the location. The staff is just awesome! Especially Carolyn, the Beach Bites server on the beach! She remembers us from year to year, wonderful customer service! There is one problem that I could mention, this trip and on our last trip, when we arrive we are given a room with 2 double beds and we requested a king every time. We need a king bed! I know it is a request only and we order the room with the garden view. Always tell them, please, not the 1st floor! We got the 1st floor with 2 double beds. The patio out side the sliding doors have 6 foot hedges surrounding it. You see nothing! So upset, felt like crying as I was once again starting my trip off with the same predicament. They agreed to move us the next day, thanks to the nice manager, Jermaine. But the agent at check-in, just kept saying, sorry, can't be done, No, sorry. Very upset and went to the room and spoke with Jermaine. And moved to a king, 2nd floor the next day. The Hotel and property are awesome, but I just hate starting my vacation off getting upset at check-in. I don't know what to do when we plan our trip for next March. Michael and Donna Press

    Awesome Hotel, but ...

    Our first time at Hilton Aruba. Great location with lots of options for restaurants just cross the street. The beach is fantastic. Just one issue: if you want to stay on beach palapa, it will cost you $50 per day. This is ridiculous. I'm already paying to stay there and why do I have to pay for it? I understand there isn't enough palapas for every guess but how about first come, first serve? Fair?

    Visited Aruba in 2011 when this hotel was Raddison Resorts. Could not imagine any improvement, but Hilton did a great job. Only issue would be cost of restaurants onsite and 17% tax added to bill. Food costs across street and other locations were so much better. For example ice tea costs $6.00 at Hilton and $2.75 at restaurant attached to Aruba Watersports (name ?). Would like to mention several excellent employees: Elton: Busboy, helped me change our room Bridget: Laguna breakfast waitress super star, she brings us her smile everyday Yeda: Best Omelet maker anywhere Yuly: My girl, one of Hiltons best employee's Antonia: Makes a fabulous waffle
