The hotel was nice. The staff were nice. We didn’t have to interact with them too much, other then check in. We stayed for one night and used booking.com to reserve our room. On booking there is a mention of a pet fee that “may” be applied. It applied at the tune of $100. I’ve been to fancier hotels with pets allowed and didn’t have to pay more than $50. It’s a cleaning fee, according to them, even if your pet is as a pawfect guest, no mess, you’ll be charged $100. If I knew this before hand, I wouldn’t have stayed there. Just an FYI when you’re travelling with your pet, you’ll pay $100 extra on top of your room rate. It’s not even considered extra cleaning if there were no pet issues. It would be standard cleaning for the house keepers.

Large room with a sofa for more than 2 people and one chair to work at the desk with. Walk in shower although it did not have a hand held shower as advertised. Clean bathroom and comfy king bed.Offer early breakfast with lots of warming trays. Very impressed overall. Very quiet as well. Pretty much all i needed before boarding the plane the next morning.Will stay here again.

What a beautiful hotel. Room was lovely! It was a quiet hotel. THe beds and pillows were super comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

The front desk agent gave me the best room available, and it was a high floor with good view. Breakfast was great but it's the same every day.

The Hyatt was an amazing place to stay. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and very clean. The staff are friendly, professional and great to deal with.
