Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge

What a reception! On arrival to JPL we were greeted with the most warm welcome and treated like royalty. We had our elopement on Valentine’s Day in the mist of a pandemic and we felt safe and cared for through out the day. We originally had the venue for the sun deck but due to the cold Kathryn moved us to the banquet hall, Stevie made a beautiful bouquet ?? and boutonnière, the food and room service were impeccable, we got live streaming and Andrew did an amazing job capturing it all. To top it off, we purchased the services of one of the vendors they recommended to do our photography. Peggy and David of different angle photography were phenomenal. We explored the grounds and park taking pictures and we will forever have those memories with us. For a couple who wanted to elope and start a wonderful life together, the Jasper Fairmount Lodge elopement package met and exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the team and looking forward to spending anniversaries at the JPL.

We booked the elopement package at the JPL and we were blown away by the amazing service and beautiful setting. Kathryn organized everything perfectly for us and even moved us inside when the weather was colder than expected so we could have our champagne toast indoors. Even during covid we were able to have a magical day!

From the second we arrived at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, we were greeted with the friendliest staff that we ever had the same pleasure of dealing with. I am thoroughly impressed by how much the staff go out of their way to help ensure every detail was above any expectations we had. The food was absolutely delicious and great value. Everything we had ordered exceeded our expectations, Gluten-free options were amazing. the check in staff(Hamza) greeted us with smiles and personalized our check in and also, upgraded our room since there was availability, made some awesome recommendations for things that we would enjoy doing. I received several text messages ensuring that we are completely satisfied. Honestly from the second we drove through the gate to the valet parking service we received and the meal suggestions and the extra services we received, it made this a magical getaway, one that we will never forget and one we will look to do again in the very near future. We booked the elopement package and spent the weekend at JPL. Our cabin was upgraded due to required repairs on our originally booked cabin. The upgraded cabin came with a beautiful view of Lac Beauvert and the services of the butlers. They really made everything very easy! They were prompt and efficient and no request seemed too small! Every detail of our wedding day was covered perfectly! Kathryn does an excellent job coordinating all the various aspects into one special day! She ensured we were where we needed be at the right time, booked our meal and cake delivery to our cabin as we requested, held our vows and important documents and made sure everything came back to us in one piece. The floral department made a gorgeous bouquet and boutonnière. The pastry department made a delicious cake. And the spa did beautiful wedding make-up! The staff were very helpful, kind and very conscientious of the various COVID precautions. Everyone was very happy and excited about our wedding, as well! JPL really made our special day that much more!

I booked a suite for my husband, myself and our dog for a romantic weekend Let’s see where to start, the coffee machine didn’t work and had to be replaced because the noise it made sounded like a cat dying, the sliding doors on the bedroom were broken and wouldn’t close so they needed to be fixed, the fireplace wouldn’t work despite multiple tries and the main reason I booked such an expensive suite (romance remember), and there was never hot water for showers. The stay was over $2000 dollars and we would NEVER go back. This was our second try with JPL. The first time the JPL had to have us actually move suites because the first one was so hot and nothing they did could get the temperature below 30 degrees Celsius in the room and we were sweating like crazy. This place is not worth the money at all!!!
