Noisy location, very few amenities in room and hotel, dining room not always open and limited menu. Was okay but it’s more a sleep and go type of place. Staff were nice especially the kitchen and dining room staff who were friendly and helpful. Not really a lot to recommend and had to pay for parking as well which I found a bit strange.
The breakfast was great but that’s about it

Just ok. Not to the level you would expect from a Hyatt branded hotel. Breakfast that was included was very good. The rooms were clean but small, the couch hard as a rock. The service from front desk was terrible (got overcharged for parking on my first day, couldn’t get help to get the TV working). The small things like a few complimentary bottles of water in your room would have been a nice touch, were lacking. And good luck trying to sleep. You can hear EVERYTHING in the hall, from doors slamming, talking, whispering.

Patrick behind the bar is worth more than hyatt can pay him, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and funny. My only issue with the Hyatt is the massively overstuffed pillows. There isn't any alternative and I had to sleep on a sweater to get comfortable enough to sleep. Not everyone loves a comically fat pillow to sleep!
Nice hotel. Will stay here again.

Friendly staff. Clean upkept room. Nice hot breakfast. Quiet pool. Plenty of free parking. Everything you want in a hotel.
