Poor resort think twice for rci members

The resort has old units and over priced restaurants. Landscaping is ok. Resort is very large complex with a real nice beach and pool area...the best part. Bell captain staff all excellent and getting around the complex very easy (we were off season) so maybe the resort wasent full. The main issue and reduces the scores is given a crappy room overall and manipulation to do a timeshare prezo to upgrade This should never happen!

Ana Gloria gets the 5 stars along with her team the night of Sunday Apr 28. This night crew was amazing! Ana assisted us in moving to a different room that day crew could not. The bellman moved all of our belongings and we are so happy thanks to both Ana and the bellman. Since the move, it’s been a lovely week. We’ve enjoyed the property so much.
