Absolutely love the hilton. Great staff food and Administrative. Staff and management bend over backwards for their guests . Recommend this for a quality place to relax. nice views comfortable beds. Atmosphere is very nice close all amenities shopping restaurants . Friendly fun clean . My choice when in Our capital city.

Spent a month in Victoria bc working on location for a movie. Stayed at the Hilton double tree, great place to stay. Clean accommodating and in the heart of downtown core. Thank you to all the staff, will stay here on next visit.
Excellent Long Stay Experience During Covid

My family and I stayed at the hotel from January until the end of March because of a fire we had at our home. The staff was excellent making us feel at home and were accommodating to our family's needs. The suite we stayed in was able to feel like home as the hotel brought in extra amenities (like fridges) and added personalized touches to the kid's bedroom so it felt like home. We were concerned with potential COVID exposure being in a communal space but the hotel staff put our fears at ease. The property was clean, staff wore masks and other guests were respectful of not sharing elevators. During our long stay we had takeout breakfast from the onsite restaurant and the staff quickly got to know our preferences. Overall it was a great experience and we would recommend staying at DoubleTree to any of our friends and family.

We stayed in 1212. 2 queen beds. A lot of space for 3 of us. We were disappointed the local pub was closed for tv/movie taping. We specifically chose this hotel for the pub. This is a close walk to harbour front & to downtown. Would stay here again.

Really short and rude staff. Didn’t want to go over all the charges with me for the room as I found the receipt extremely confusing. I will definitely not coming back here. You are better off tonight to the Marriott next door.
