Such an awesome hotel! Everyone who works at the front desk was beyond helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is gorgeous and clearly cared about down to the smallest details. The room was so comfortable. We were able to bring our dog and everyone who worked there was so sweet to our baby pooch! Thanks for a great stay!

We checked into the hotel for two nights after being stranded in Portland with car trouble. The front desk staff members were all EXTREMELY friendly and helpful getting us all squared away. I actually looked forward to going downstairs so we could chat more! Rooms were spotless. Loved the 5th floor porch. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Very cool, very Portland property that is clean, beautiful, comfortable with great attention to detail and a wonderful staff. Everyone was very friendly, my room was very nice and clean and I was made to feel very comfortable during my stay.

I had never visited Portland before, so I chose to stay here because of the downtown location, as well as the fact that they are very dog friendly. I wanted to see downtown, but this exceeded my expectations! I stayed on the 5th floor, which features an open-air patio with spectacular city views. I spent a good amount of time out there enjoying the crisp Pacific Northwest air. I would also like to thank the fabulous staff, especially Ally, who assisted me in both booking the room over the telephone as well as checking me in that evening. She went out of her way to make sure that me, my wife and our dog were comfortable. I will be back on my next trip to the City of Roses, hopefully for more than one night! Thank you Jupiter staff!!!

In spite of unstable times, staying at Jupiter Next made us feel almost “normal” (except for the mask-wearing) and right at home. So let me tell you a bit about it: Rooms are not overly large, but ours had a very large window overlooking the city. We thought our beds and bedding were EXTREMELY comfy (zzzzzz). Our mini fridge was stocked with plenty of reasonably-priced wines & beers. Our stay was VERY quiet, we encountered ZERO noise except for comforting train sounds (not far from downtown). The 60” HD TV was a plus. We also like the ‘fresh-air porches” on every floor, plus The Perch (5th floor) is a beautiful outdoor patio with astro-turf, comfy furniture and great city views! We appreciated the tasteful art throughout! There's new, modern décor in every corner, developed with beauty in mind and artistically-inspired furnishings. I was impressed by the very helpful and friendly staff – everyone whom we met during our 4-day stay provided superior customer service. Even though 'Hey Love' (restaurant) was closed due to COVID 19, it looks like an amazing (plant-filled) place in which to dine in better days… Bonus: For nearby food within easy walking distance – we found: Grendel’s, Delicious Donuts, and Sizzle Pie (we tried all three – wonderful food at each) – and Sizzle Pie even gave us a Jupiter discount! Last but not least: fantastic and I mean really very good free coffee is available every morning in the lobby. Just bring your cup on down! All of this sounds amazing, right? Well, you will have to pay for it! Just ask for a AAA discount.
