Overall, very good service except for a negative experience with Leonardo at Neptunes. Kudos to Rypton, the best Bartender at the hotel. Great Bar service and very engaging. Great tour options ( Dolphin Swim, Dunns River and Mystic Mountain etc.). However, the hotel product/building is poor. Sandals, I have stayed at other Sandals hotels and this property does not align with your brand.
Exceptional Treatment

I had an amazing visit to Beaches Ocho Rios. Everyone was so friendly and treated me exceptionally especially since I was on my own. My favourite bartenders, Shamor and Paul, treated me like royalty. It made me feel like I was family. I’ll come back.
