We had the best time! The entertainment team was fantastic. Our kids had so much fun with trivia games, slide races, the magic show and glow swim party! Would recommend to any families looking for a sunny get away! Lady J is a fantastic host and always entertaining the kids!

We stayed for 1 week in the French Villa part of the resort with 2 young children and elderly in laws. Overall, I'd rate the trip a 6-7/10. Transport from Montego bay airport is about 2 hours (not 90 minutes as website indicates). We had help with luggage but did not have the 2 carseats we'd confirmed for the shuttle, we were told we might have to wait up to 4 hours for a car seat to return, but an employee borrowed one from another working at the airport. My in laws needed a handicap accessible room, one was not available for them when we arrived and the french villa rooms have several which require a flight of stairs. (We did not have to carry any luggage). While much of the resort has ramps, the inclines are such you will definitely need a strong person to push a chair up and down. The food in the Parisienne was very good. All other restaurants and the buffet were average, tasted like mass produced/catered/wedding food. Vegetarian options were available but not spectacular. The on site nurse and visiting doctor were very good and provided prescription antibiotics for an ear infection and treated a jellyfish sting.

Outstanding job by: Cion, Tracy, Venicia & concierge team. All staff members very friendly & professional. Room & beach conditions need improvements e.g. shower and roof leak. Moved rooms twice.

Long time Sandals / 2nd time Beaches guests - and Beaches Ocho Rios was amazing - we went at a slightly off week, so did not have the crowd that the resort appears to be set up for. There are far too many for me to remember or mention but the standouts were Akeem and Jason with the Playmakers team, Shakira at the BBQ bar, Sheldon at the Venetian, the lifeguards at the slides, the lady SNUBA instructor and all of the dive and snorkeling team, and the servers circulating and delivering drinks poolside. The resort was clean and neat as we have come to expect, and everyone was polite and friendly - any issues were quickly addressed... ...and I have to mention Rohan with the Sandals team at the airport - my daughter had left her phone on the contracted bus, and he moved heaven and earth to get it back in time! I can't thank him, and the whole resort team enough.

When you spend money on an all inclusive, I don't expect to have to have to ask for services, or to be told to go ask some other staff member for help with a situation... but I was here. The bees were awful bc staff was not staying on top of picking up fruity drinks [and food FTM] by the pool. I got stung. Place was run down in parts. We were a bigger party so were making revs in advance, while standing at the kiosk for almost 5 mins, only to find the person we needed was standing there when I walked up to them asking for help...just watching us! Service at dinners was S. L. O. W. I put the sticker off the top of my face cream on the wall in the bathroom 2nd day to run a test.... pic is our check out day...we stayed 7. Do your research!!! There are better places. FWIW.. we have been to others and know to and had been tipping ppl when appropriate.
