We had a fantastic time! The pool and hot tub were never crowded, and we were able to spend hours swimming in the pool and lounging in the hot tub. We also ordered delicious drinks by the pool and enjoyed the music they played. Apparently, there was a leak in our room, so we had to change rooms at the last minute, but they upgraded us to an ocean view room and comped three days of the resort fee. The location is good and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Overall, we had a fantastic time and can't wait to come back!

Been here a few times but will not be back. Staff at front desk is sometimes friendly and other times they seem too busy to pay attention. 24 hour room service no longer available only 6AM-9:30PM. Food at it was ok and service was very good for breakfast. Bathroom is very small. Room is not soundproof and sirens late at night can wake you up even though you are on a high floor. Room was very dusty and not well cleaned. No dry cleaning or laundry services on weekends. Had to ask for everything and no water was provided in room even though due to my status I am entitled to it.
