The resort is absolutely gorgeous, the pools were clean & well staffed this was my first trip to DR.

The hotel has a great beach , decor and great shows. The rooms need improvement. Even though they are spacious , they need updating. The food was good in most restaurants , except the seafood one. The Strikers sports Bar had a horrible smell and I had to leave that bar quickly. The casino was very entertaining and gave me several good wins. The worst part was the checkin. They make you complete information they probably already have. Our attendant gave us a bunch of cards and didn't explain what they were for so we eventually found out. Many employees don't know their way around the hotel. We asked for directions to our room and no one knew. There weren't enough signs to lead you there. Would I return again to this hotel? Most likely no unless I got a really special price.
